We had a wonderful week staying at Chalet Almach with Cande and Tom. They were absolutely great throughout - the food was amazing, they looked after us incredibly well and provided so much good information about the resort, and were fun and easy to get on with. Thank you so much for having us!

Excellent time! Extremely well cared for throughout the whole week. Cande and Tom (Almach) were fantastic hosts, the food was 5 star every night, the cakes were delicious and they were very friendly while remaining professional. Definitely would recommend!

Tom and Cande from Chalet Almach were fantastic. They cooked exceptional food all week and were so attentive. They even provided an honesty bar which they went above and beyond to provide.

Always going above and beyond to accommodate us

Great hotel, lovely staff; they went above and beyond for my gluten free daughter. Amazing food for her best treatment we’ve ever had. Sausages and croissants freshly made for her, the full adult menu tweaked specially for her to make it gluten free. So so lovely.

Rooms were nice, some rooms are interconnected (ours wasn’t which was a shame and would have made it easier for us but we managed, the hotel is so small and the guests all English ans chat to each other so it felt really nice and friendly.

All staff were great, hot tub, sauna and steam room were a lovely bonus too after a long day skiing.
We hired ski lockers at the ski pass office which was a game changer for the walk to and from the hotel. Would really recommend people do this esp with families/young children.

Overall amazing holiday with a lovely company. I’ve already recommended alpine elements to a few of my skiing friends!

Great week in Chalet Elegant in La Plagne Village. Elliot was an amazing host, the food was fabulous!

We stayed at Chalet Philibert in Morzine for New Year. We had the most incredible ski trip EVER, and we have done quite a few. The chalet is perfect, great facilities, spotless, and we especially loved the private hot tub, and shared pool. Great location and Morzine is fantastic for families. What really made our stay were our incredible chalet hosts- Leni and James. The food was outstanding every night, they made sure our children were happy and catered for dietary requirements. They were both so welcoming, caring and hard working. They went above and beyond in every aspect. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic chalet, great location, really well appointed. However, what really made it was the two hosts. We have stayed in many chalets, over many years, and I genuinely can’t recall staff that were better. Their manner was professional and personable, striking just the right balance between having fun with guests and taking care of them. The food was exceptional - beautifully presented, high-quality - and the afternoon cakes were amazing. To round off the week, the hosts had even prepared a quiz for us!

We have travelled with Alpine Elements on numerous occasions and always had a fantastic time. Will definitely use them again! There is always some room for improvement, hence 4 stars. Each time we have travelled with them the staff have been amazing and the food has been very good

A fabulous chalet with amazing hosts - Lucy, Evie and Huxley.
The chalet was spacious and the 3 hosts were friendly and well organised to manage our large party of 21.
They served us delicious meals and gave us helpful tips about the resort.
They went out of their way to help when one of our party was injured, meaning they couldn’t ski and had to spend much of their time in the chalet.

We were at Hermine Blanche over Christmas with our family. This was our second time over Christmas and it was even better than last time. Shane and his team were exceptional, couldn't do enough for us with the highlight being the Christmas dinner.
There is good parking (we have a VW Camper) great facilities Pool, sauna, steam room, pool table and a very nice bar. All spotless and very cool. We have been with Alpine Elements many times because they just seem to care more and have a real family feel.

Really helpful staff both before and during our holiday (shout outs to Poppy before the trip and Matt during the week). In particular Lilian and Maisie during the holiday were great as chalet hosts, looking after us in a friendly and effective manner. We also enjoyed the chalet (Chalet la Combe in Meribel), cosy as described but good for the extended family of 10 and in a great location for the skiing and with the good shuttle buses for getting around.

I’ve recently come back from Chalet Jolie in Meribel and just wanted to say how amazing our chalet hosts were. Evie, Lucy and Huxley provided a great service from start to finish. They were super kind to us all and the food and cakes were amazing. I ended up spending a lot of time at the chalet due to injury but all 3 of them were so helpful, making sure I had what I needed and they didn’t rush off after their morning shifts so I had some company whilst my family were skiing which I massively appreciated. A big thank you to all of you.

Booking for large party easy, helpful knowledgeable staff and pre-holiday concierge very useful. Great chalet, great locational, exceptional chalet staff. Meribel for Christmas was magical. Would definitely recommend Alpine Elements.

Our party of 8 just stayed at Chalet Elegant in La Plagne Villages over Christmas. The chalet was perfect for our needs and close to the slopes (not ski in/out, but pretty easy). We had a ski locker, boot dryers, a sauna and a hot tub (which was in an odd location, but was fine). We pre-booked lift passes and Resort Manager, David delivered them on the first evening. Aneta, the chalet manager, was present every day and always on hand to help.

We chose not to use the Geneva transfer, instead flying to Grenoble (cheaper) and sorting a private transfer through snowcompare.com, which got us into resort much earlier. Total cost was similar. We booked ski hire from Sport2000, just a couple of mins walk away in La Plagne Villages.

Best of all was the Alpine Elements resort team and our Chalet Host, Jamilla. Jamilla and her support team, specifically Daisy, were outstanding - the food, service and their company made our holiday. THANK YOU! They had to put up with a lot of nonesense from us and they joined in perfectly! We hope your next guests are fun, too!

We had a group of 8 of us stay in Chalet Marylin in Tignes.

Absolutely fantastic holiday looked after extremely well by Mae our host and Rosie the chalet Manager.

We've had fantastic holiday summer holidays in Tignes and Morzine with Alpine Elements. Really easy to book and all the staff are helpful and polite.

The hotels (Hotel Hermine Blanche, Morzine and Tetras Lodge Hotel, Tignes) are really nice with good clean rooms and a tasty meal selection.

We love the included activities (hence booking with them for two years running), they were well organised and good fun, the staff are always on hand to give advice too. The rafting is awesome!

Overall, fab holidays and looking forward to the next one.

Stayed at Chelet Well in Morzine, Aug '25. Great base for activities, comfortable accommodation, excellent hosts, and fab food. The vegetarian and vegan options were superb too, and made a great holiday even better by removing the worry about finding restaurants which cater for all. Would highly recommend Alpine elements.
