The driver of GT 662 EC was very rude and aggressive such poor behaviour in suprised paris have someone like him representing the company I have reported this further and pushed it to the Paris council to take legal action against the driver.

Quick booking service but when the driver turned up, there was no signage to say it was a taxi, he drove right past us waiting at the corner and was miserable as sin! The car was filthy to the point I didn’t even want to sit on the seat, so grim.

It’s the worst taxi service I have come across - avoid at all costs.
They have let me down a few times now to the point where I missed my train.
I have learnt my lesson the hard way and would never use them again.

This driver was at Gare du Nord in the taxi rank. He immediately put 58 euros on his meter to take me to Rue de Rivoli.
He looked like a licensed cab driver but wasn't.
I asked him to change to a meter which went VERY fast. He then kicked me out of the cab 2 mins later.

Alpha taxi (taxis conventionnés) Une HONTE absolue ....et encore le mot "honte"est bien faible. IMPOSSIBLE durant des mois d'obtenir des taxis conventionnés pour un de mes proches agé et malade.
Ces taxis pourtant conventionnés TRIENT les patients!! Impossible d'être transporté si vous habitez Paris et que votre RV est ......à Paris ! Les différents services hospitaliers qui ont bien voulu appeler eux mêmes ces taxis nous avaient tous avertis et effectivement! Réponses négatives SYSTÉMATIQUES lorsqu'ils savent que le patient réside Paris. "Ça nous intéresse pas" (!!) "C'est pas re.table" Nous sommes de plus en plus nombreux à considérer que la CPAM devrait au minimum retirer l'agrément de ces "professionnels" qui trient leurs clients, les traitent comme des objets ou plutôt comme du bétail, En conventionnés On prend pas de clients de Paris à Paris c'est pas rentable" (!!!) voilà ce qu'Alpha Taxi vous dit.
Honte à vous. Sans compter que vous êtes qui plus est INCAPABLES d'assumer vos choix et vos propos. Entendre un salarié du standard affirmer que ce que vous dites est... faux et vous traiter quasiment de.....menteurs est juste intolérable
BOYCOTONS TOUS ALPHA TAXI cette entreprise ne mérite pas de travailler.

Transport conventionné Hôpital Pompidou/domicile. A l'arrivée le compteur indiquait 14 €. Le chauffeur à l'aide d'arguments fallacieux a voulu me faire payer 19 €, puis 17 €. J'ai refusé catégoriquement et finalement la facture a été établie à 13,29 €. Cependant il a enregistré ma carte Vitale et se fera évidemment payer à nouveau la facture par l'Assurance Maladie.

I pre-booked an 8 seat taxi several weeks before 20/12/25 to ensure reliable transport to and from a christmas function. I called when taxi was 20 mins late and got an extremely rude woman on the phone. Taxi arrived 45 mins late, driver was apologetic and a nice bloke. Return taxi at 11 pm didn't arrive, the same foul tempered female said she sent our taxi to Frome (ovbiously they would make more money on that longer journey) abd she had no idea if it would be available now. We waited 50 minutes in the pouring rain - Alpha left 8 OAPs stranded, miles from home. We called Mega Taxis who were amazing, they arrived within 5 minutes, were much cheaper than Alpha and the driver was friendly and courteous. I would highly reccomend Mega Taxis.

I would never reccommend Alpha or use them again, I would suggest their switchboard operator requires a crash course in customer service and basic good manners.

Ordered a taxi in Ormskirk to get to work and was told 5 minutes . 20 minutes later when it was to late to get the bus I rang back to be told there are no taxis in my area. This bunch of clowns come along buy out the other taxi firms then can't provide the service. Do yourselves a favour and use anyone but these.

I advise any one never to use this firm.
We pre-booked our taxi to train station for 08.00 we were still waiting at 08.30. As you can imagine I was so stressed so upset as time was running out to catch my train. I phoned several times. They told me lies said it was on its way it never was. The woman who took the call was rude and abrupt and asked what did I want her to do about it as they had school runs. I said tell me not to pre book as you can’t make it and I can make other arrangements. Never ever again absolutely appalling service. We then booked one with Delta it’s was there in five mins lovely driver who saved us and got a handsome tip for doing so.

Je comprends mieux, en voyant les notes, le service que mon papa a reçu en sortant de l’hôpital.
Le chauffeur n’était même pas devant la grille de l’hôpital, et en plus, on nous avait signalé une voiture grise, alors qu’elle était en réalité noire. Il n’a même pas attendu 60 secondes : juste le temps que mon père arrive à sa hauteur et monte dans le véhicule.

Mon père venait tout juste d’être opéré du cœur, et il a eu en face de lui une personne agressive, qui lui criait dessus. C’est honteux.
Quand j’ai appelé pour signaler ce comportement, je suis tombée sur une dame qui m’a répondu que “c’était normal”, sans même chercher à comprendre la situation. Quelle honte, madame — pour vous et pour ce chauffeur.

Vous aussi, un jour, vous vieillirez. J’espère alors que l’on vous traitera avec plus de respect que vous n’en montrez aujourd’hui.
C’était la première fois que nous faisions appel à un taxi conventionné. Nous nous étions dit : “pour une fois, profitons en”, car d’habitude nous faisons toujours par nos propres moyens (taxi, Uber…).
Mais après cette expérience, plus jamais.
Je suis profondément en colère face à ce manque total d’humanité. Et, madame, votre réponse n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur de votre poste. Vous devriez savoir écouter et apaiser les situations, pas les aggraver.

My 90 year old mum pre- booked a taxi the day before. The taxi was booked for 8 30am and even after numerous calls it still hadnt arrived at 8.55 am. She was stressed and upset as she was going on a coach holiday that was leaving at 9 am. We managed to sort it out no thanks to alpha. Very unreliable and will never use again.

I had booked a taxi (via the company app) from Widnes Railway Station to my home address. This was ten past ten in the evening. I had received a text saying that a driver was on his way. Three minutes later, the status was back to searching for a driver. So then I decided to use Halton Town Taxis and their driver turned and took my fare. I am a woman stood outside the train station on my own putting my own safety at risk. If the taxis driver does do this is very unprofessional and should not be a taxis driver.

Very helpful and efficient driver for a 9 mile journey from Goodworth Clatford to Sutton Scotney. Have used Alpha taxis several times.

Hé bien moi aussi je suis très mécontente de cette compagnie et du chauffeur que j'ai eu. Pas de soucis pour la prise en charge mais un itinéraire rallongé pour rien ! Je sortais d'un hôpital de jour et n'arrivant pas à obtenir un taxi conventionné j'ai opté pour un normal, c'était la fin d'après-midi et j'avais vraiment envie de rentrer chez moi ! Le chauffeur arrive et me dit qu'on allait pas prendre le périph mais plutôt l'intérieur de Paris. Je précise qu'il n'y a que 6 km entre l'hôpital et mon domicile. Hé bien il a voulu prendre les boulevards extérieurs car il y aurait moins de monde mais avec tous les feux rouges forcément ça ralentit. Arrivée à porte de la chapelle je vois que sur le périph ça roule et je commence à trouver le trajet interminable et je lui ai coupé la parole car il était très bavard et lui ai dit que ce serait mieux de récupérer le périph car je commençais à en avoir avec tous ces feux je lui ai dit que j'avais envie de rentrer chez moi VITE!!! Il a pris le périph mais bien sûr la facture a été de 48 euros !!! Alors que j'aurais dû payer entre 25 et 30 euros max ,en tenant compte de la circulation !!! Ah je m'en veux de l'avoir écouté au départ !! Mais j'ai l'impression que c'est le style des chauffeurs de cette compagnie pour gagner plus d'argent sur une petite course ! C'est honteux !!

After reading some of the terrible reviews I can honestly say I am so very grateful to Alpha taxis the call handlers nothing is to much for them.they are so polite and friendly with me and the taxi drivers have been great. I use a lot of taxis everyday day an my grandchildren also use Alpha taxis. So from me an my family thank you Alpha for making g my life that bit easier. Denise x

Obtention difficile car peu de véhicules disponibles.L'IMM est en contrat avec cette compagnie et refuse d'en appeler une autre.
Trajet Paris Antony dans un Van très inconfortable.Chauffeur ayant des difficultés avec le français.Comprend mal le lieu de destination.Cherche à le programmer en roulant.M'accuse de lui épeler trop vite au motif qu'il roule.Algarade voire enguelade malgré mes efforts de conciliation.Expérience très désagréable.

Vraiment horrible le service, prise charge avec 7 minutes de retard, dès l'arrivée du chauffeur un Petit gros mot pour commencer, et arrivé à la destination chauffeur ne répond pas ''au revoir, bonne soirée'', faut vraiment revoir la politesse de votee chauffeur Toyota EL-794-TC, prendre vtc c'est beaucoup mieux!!!!

Beware. Quoted fare rose from £52 to £72 for a direct route from Ventnor to the hoverport.

Driver left his handbrake off the car when receiving payment and rolled back into another car, driver then shouted at us to get out and quickly drove away, the other driver then proceeded to shout at us like it was our fault.
