Alphacarhire Recenzje

Clear and simple process. Staff were great. Car was very suitable for our needs and a very quick pickup and drop off process. I will use this company again with confidence.

Attention to customer needs and satisfaction

Will only ever use Alpha from now on. Super friendly people to deal with. Susan picked us up and dropped us off with a smile and efficient service. Great job all

Easy, friendly and efficient service

Alpha provides a great service , with very helpful, friendly staff. And a great rate .
Both my husband and myself have used Alpha on several occasions and will continue to hire a car from them .

The young lady was so pleasant and helpful, a wonderful experience.

Excellent rate. Clean car. Excellent friendly staff interaction. Speedy shuttle bus.

Good price, conveniently located near airport, friendly & helpful staff members, great pick up and drop off service.

Fabulous service, called twice very helpful.

Quick and easy to book, in truck and driving away with in 5 minutes.
Great friendly service

excellent service, the shuttle bus from the airport is quite handy. Quick service.

They have best customer service

10-12 min shuttle. Otherwise, everything was smooth and easy. Customer service was solid and the car was as expected.

A very quick and easy process..friendly staff...easy pick up from the airport.

Car was unclean, evidenced by the sunglasses left by the person before. The moment we got in the car, there was a low tyre pressure notification. Look out for hidden fees and their toll road charges. A rule of thumb is to look at the price you paid and double it for how much the true cost is.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, pick up and drop off was so easy. They explained the policies very thoroughly and had already documented and photographed every tiny scratch on the car which was very helpful and reassuring. The car itself was in great condition and immaculately clean. Excellent value for money!

My first experience with this car hire company - the cars are good and staff friendly. The shuttle service got me to the airport on time
