I have no idea how this company can be in business, It took two months and three attempts to pay my loan off which ended up costing me an extra $1651 in interest charges. The employee's are scripted to say the same thing over and over again and can not provide any valid information. I have contacted the BBB and a lawyer to see if there is any recourse for all of us that are facing the same situation. I am hoping at minimum they will be investigated and shut down. A class action law suit would even be better for all the money they have scammed from the people they lend to. DO NOT USE THIS INSTITUTION FOR ANY FINANCIAL NEEDS!

Unable to reset password. Called to make payment by phone. It was a highly frustrating experience. After payment which had a service fee of 4 dollars which I had never experienced with other payments, wanted to setup autopa, which was another harrowing experience. Strongly recommend Tesla not to use ally as a financial partner.

Worst company that I have ever been with, after several calls about my payment. I was told by three different people that I would not have a payment coming out this. Due to the fact I had two payments taken out in one month in 2025. And would not have a payment coming out this month . So they took it out and have my bank account overdrawn. I will be looking for a new financing company. Am so angry and frustrated with this company

Allied Credit Card customer service could not even track a rental car hold which significantly reduced my CC balance! The rental agency confirmed that after 14 days of return they had not issued the money back to my Allied CC. When I called Allied to report a complaint they were unable to “see” that money was being held! Therefore, even though my available funds were reduced—they could not tell me why. When I explained this to them they were incredulous. No ability to process information, analyze or problem solve. Please don’t do business with them. They seem disconnected and will mismanage your funds.

This company and it's employees are the absolute worst, and they should be banned from dealing with customers on auto loans, they are out to hurt their customers, and their rating here on Trustpilot should be seen as evidence, it is almost impossible to have a 1 Star rating, Yet this this predatory firm has 1 Star, I will be filing a complaint with all the right agencies, to find out what my rights are. because I'm beyond fed up with this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. What a bunch of slimy, greedy, unhelpful people. Their customer service is terrible. Their fraud department is by far the worst you will ever experience (I hope you never do).

Terrible Customer Service - Completely useless - half the time it is hard to understand, as it is clearly a off shore call center, but I have been calling for nearly 2 months, every week to try and get a resolution to my online access being unavailable, and they just keep telling me to call back, because the IT tech Ticket number has not been updated.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE- NO TRAINING!
I deposited an e-check that was written to my wife & I on 12/24/25. They rejected the check deposit because we both did not endorse the check, even though we have a joint checking account. I’ve been banking for 40+ years & have NEVER had to have 2 endorsements for an e- check deposit with a joint checking account. The customer service person read me there policy over the phone & stated that you don’t have to have 2 people sign the back of the check if you have a joint checking account. However, she clarified the policy with her supervisor & said she made a mistake & that both individuals need to endorse the check, regardless if you have a joint checking account! The customer service rep had NO knowledge of the banking policy or procedures!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

If you want to be hassled 3-4 x a day when you are late on a car payment by 6 days, then by all means take a car loan at your own risk.
Definitely do not recommend this company that acts like a loan shark. :(
Oh and when I made the monthly payment I agreed to, but didn’t pay the $35 late fee, I was given a message that I may incur more fees because of that.

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I sat in a dealership‘s office and they offered Ally as a financing option because they had a slightly lower interest rate. I feel like a moron now. it’s been almost 2 months since I purchased my vehicle. I’ve already made my first payment. I am sitting on the last of a temporary tag. They are refusing to send the title to the DMV because they were telling me they do not have it. It was sensitive on November 1 we are now at December 22. It’s a bit ridiculous pretty soon. I’m not gonna be able to drive my vehicle because it will be illegal to drive without license plates I call to check if they have the title. They tell me someone will call me back. They don’t do that.. today they got what they wanted. I hung up because what they would do is put me on hold for 25 minutes and then you get dropped back into the queue and get transferred to someone else and you have to give all of your information again after they put you on hold to help you the second one I just asked for a supervisor she put me on hold. I think they know that at some point you get knocked back into the queue and they don’t have to deal with you please if you are considering getting an auto loan through them or any other service I would run as far away from these people as I could. I know some people have had great experiences with them. Kudos to you all, but it’s not my story first impressions count in my book and this is not a great one.

We are now trying to sell the car, and they have told us twice that they would send us a letter to release the lien. It’s been over three weeks and we still have not received anything. They will not send anything by email, so they require you to give them a fax number or physical address. We have given them both, and still never received anything. Worst customer service ever!

I dont know where to begin. They will grant you a loan very easily even with challenging scores. However , dont lose your job ! They will leave you out in the cold. They have absolutely horrible customer service and the assistance they offermakes no sense and it is detrimental. It is literally NO HELP at all. I would rate them negative zero if I could. Absolutely worst experience ever. If I finance ever again , I will never ever accept a loan with them including my entire family. I dont even comprehend the logic behind the " help" they give. Stay far away .. you've been warned!
