I ordered some specialist mower oil which was delivered promptly, only to have to return it unopened because the mower gave up the ghost before I had a chance to use the oil. The Company was very understanding and were happy to offer a full refund without a quibble.

Be aware; read reviews before ordering. I ordered parts on 25/10/24 on a 4 working days delivery promise. Eventually, they arrived 12 days after placing order. In between, I sent emails but no reply and I telephoned but no call back (answering machine was “full”). A final email was sent on 5/11/24 stating that I would instruct my Bank to make a chargeback of my payment, which received immediate attention and the parts arrived the next day. Their email to me never reflected any awareness of their poor customer service. What a hassle for £20; this business needs to radically improve its customer service.

This company is fraudulent. I ordered a drive belt for my mower & paid for it & it never arrived. I have sent many emails & made many phone calls (always 'leave
a message & we will get back to you') but never got any response. I can only assume it's a scam.

I ordered mower two belts. One came after 5 days and the other one after one week.

In the email says, “If you have not received your order within 4 working days please email us on info(at)allmowerparts.co.uk and one of our customer service team will reply to you within 24 hours.”

So I did (twice) but never getting any response.

First class customer service. Ordered an item in error, no problem to return for full refund. Wish more companies were as good as this.

Further to my review of Aug 8th, I did receive an email saying their systems had gone down.
I have had an apology, and my missing chain has arrived today.
I may well give then another order.

Warning, if my experience is anything to go by, do not have anything to do with this company.
Placed an order for a Mountfield RS100 Recoil Starter Unit (Order number 145090/020824/03.) on 2/Aug. Delivery was promised within 5 working days. Contacted them again on 8/Aug by email. Their response was “Trouble with IT, all outstanding orders will be sent by 9/Aug. Delivery expected between 12/Aug and 16/Aug.” Nothing has arrived. Company will not answer phone today. Have left voice mail. I suspect the company is no longer trading. I am going to contact my bank to try and get my money back.

I ordered a strimmer part and got a message saying that I would receive the item within four days. After nearly ten days with no delivery or tracking information, I tried calling the company but their message box was full. This started alarm bells ringing. I then discovered other customer review sites stating people had not received their purchases. I also read one review saying that the company has now ceased trading, although there is no confirmation of this on the Companies House website. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they have refunded me..

Very poor service.
They sent me one chainsaw chain rather than the two I ordered, yet my invoice clearly stated two. They charged me for two.
They have not responded to my email and a telephone call went straight to voicemail and has elicited no reply.
