I placed an order for dress based on the images and descriptions provided on your website, which appeared to be of good quality and aligned with what I was seeking. However, upon receiving my order, I was extremely disappointed to find that the dress delivered was entirely different from what was shown online.

I attempted to initiate an exchange, but I am shocked to find that the options available for exchange were very limited, and the replacements offered were of even lower quality than what I had originally received. It is evident that the products I ordered were not what was advertised, which is a clear case of false representation. And on the name of exchange gave 3 pieces of clothes

Needs to be sued! Looking into it! Evil and shameful business practices! GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY! HE WILL REVENGE!

Lordy lordy! I ordered a pearl jacket which appeared to show the pearl 3D! What I got was so pitiful! It looked like a cheap, thin, no button blouse that had screen prints of the pearls. The company listed was "Magicallys". This company should be sued and shamed!😡🤬😡🤬. I will not send a photo and my personal identity, just take my word for it.

Absolutely terrible experience. I wish I'd read these reviews before placing the order. I had placed the order 10 days before a small family function. It was shipped after 3-4 days but since then, the courier service has kept the product and is not moving it. It has been 4 days since the item is at a warehouse near my location, the courier service is unresponsive and when I contacted AEOH customer service, they replied "you can just collect it from the warehouse near your location then". So, why are you offering shipping?? Just sell from a freaking shop! The function is tomorrow and they are extremely unhelpful. An inefficient and incompetent brand, to say the least.

I recently purchased a white saree described as a "Floral Handwork Organza Saree with thread, sequence, and pearl work" from this platform, but what I received was completely opposite. The product is a cheap polyester fabric with poorly executed machine embroidery, and there isn’t even a single sequence or pearl work on it as advertised. Additionally, it is not a handcrafted product as claimed but an obvious machine-made item of inferior quality.

Even the low-quality plastic-wrapped packing revealed the lack of quality and care this platform puts into its products. It was clear from the moment I received the package that this was far from the premium item I had paid for.

This platform is clearly running a scam by falsely advertising their products. The stark difference between the advertised and delivered product is both disappointing and unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to avoid this platform to save themselves from being cheated.

Fake website! They scam people by putting out designer outfits and then giving away cheap products. I got fooled and I don’t want others to suffer hence putting it out here. I had to chase them to get an exchange and yet there is no solution I have got from them. When I enquired on their WA number they said it’s a great product madam thanks for supporting small business etc etc. And now they hav gone MIA. I will also file a legal complaint against them who misuse the narrative of small business and scam people by putting out misleading information and such business should b shut to protect customers. I will wait to see if they action my exchange request and will keep others posted here on their customer support service too.

These guys are selling fake products. They show products from famous designers and literally print those designs on the cheapest polyester cloth and put mirrors on it and sell it. They don't even have a refund policy. Very disappointing experience. Don't buy from this site ever, you'll be wasting your money.
