I had a terrible experience with this site. I ordered a small size, but they delivered XXL — completely different from what I chose. To make matters worse, they don’t offer any return policy, only an exchange option. And even that isn’t helpful — they only offer alternate products that are not appealing at all.

When I asked for the correct product, they admitted they don’t have small size in stock and offered a medium instead, which I never agreed to. They are now telling me to either ship the wrong product back at my own cost or get it altered — which is unacceptable.

This is a complete waste of time and money. The quality and service are horrible. Please don’t follow or trust this page. They are not committed to delivering what you pay for.

The quality of the product does not match the image at all. These people are fraudsters selling fake substandard products. NT trust these people. I am scammed

Very cheap quality. The product doesn't resemble the picture at all. 2 dresses I ordered. Both of them are very cheap quality and sub standard products. Not worth the money. Never buy any dress from this site. Return policy isn't there. Only exchange is the option left. Money in their pocket. Whether the customer likes or not, is not the matter of concern. They are not customer oriented.

I received wrong product which doesn’t matches with the image i selected on their website now they are not refunding my money

Hi, I have purchased a lehenga but the lehenga is totally different from what i received. I need refund of my order. I have been scammed. People please don’t ho for this site. They are the biggest scammer.

No proper response after exchange thy is no refund provided. Thy forcely asking us to buy higher range product. When we look for less price thy not providing excess amount to us.

If I could I would give 0 stars. These people are literally scamming everyone. I ordered my cloth on 12th March for eid expecting it to arrive before 30th March so I can wear it on eid but it's been more than 3 weeks now and it still shows that my parcel is on the way. I have prepaid my order and they are not even replying. Would not suggest this site to anyone I hope it get's shutdown or someone take some action regarding to it. I need my money back.

I ordered a suit from this website (through their Instagram account) 3-4 days back. The first problem I faced is that they sent the parcel through a courier that didn't deliver in my area (which is a prime location in Meerut city). I had to travel more than half an hour just to receive the parcel. The second problem is that the product is very bad! It is nothing like what they have displayed on the Instagram page or their website. The quality is inferior, design is different, fitting is very bad, and overall it is not at all the product they have advertised. Now when I'm trying to return the suit, I got to know that they don't have any return or refund policy. They only exchange the product. But the I'll have to send them the product via courier at my own expenses. I've no hope that they will promptly exchange the product. Also I'm not sure if they will send any better product in exchange. So I've no choice but to keep this suit with myself. I feel utterly dejected and I'll recommend everyone to not buy from these scammers ever!

I had a terrible experience with AEOH. The products I received were nothing like what I expected—cheap copies and terrible quality. I returned the items, which cost me around £50 in delivery and taxes. I worked with their "Exchange Manager, Raksha," to arrange replacement items since I didn’t want to lose out. However, after numerous follow-ups over two months, I never received any replacements. Two months later, I was finally told I’d have to pay for additional shipping costs if I wanted the items shipped to the UK, or provide an address in India—even though the original order was shipped to the UK. After exchanging countless messages, I was eventually told not to contact them anymore. They took my money and refused to send a replacement to the UK. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

They are fake. The photo in the website is not appropriate to the product get delivered. When you try to reach customer care, No response from them.

Big scam very bad coustmer service very rude and impolite. They are making fool of coustmers. What they have shown in there site and what they delivered is totally different product. I have ordered a saree but what I get is very poor quality and now they are not ready to return the product they have only exchange policy. No refund and behavior of coustmer service is very very bad.

Do not buy from this page. The quality is terrible. I got my saree exchanged with this because the previous one was terrible and damaged. But apparently these people sell only terrible quality products at a premium price.

This thing also happened with me just 2 days before and now they are not answering to my calls or emails. From their website they were showing nice products and now i received the worst material product! This is so disappointing.

Highly unprofessional, unresponsive and also very misleading. They are cheating customer's of their hard earned money.
The actual product is a cheap, low quality imitation of the pictures they post on their website/Instagram page.
Not only that, they are extremely slow to respond. It takes them 24-48 hours to read a message and another 24-48 hours to respond to the message!
The outfit I ordered was too big and of very cheap quality. The exchange took more than 20 days, despite living in the same city, and even then it didn't reach on time for the function I needed it for! Even if it had, I would not have worn it, as even the 2nd outfit was of very cheap quality!
Basically I feel cheated as my money is wasted, they do no take any returns.
If they started taking returns they would be out of business.

They never pick calls, no order I'd, no tracking I'd.

No exchange, no return.

The product is just opposite of what they showed. The quality is zero. Do not buy, it's a scam company.

I strongly advise everyone not to purchase clothing from the AEOH website. They are deceiving customers by displaying beautiful, high-quality products on their site but delivering cheap, low-quality items instead.

Recently, I ordered a lehenga for my wife, expecting it to match the images and descriptions on their website. However, what I received was entirely different—a poorly made, inferior-quality product. To make matters worse, when I reached out for a refund, they outright refused.

This company is making money through fraud and has no regard for honesty or customer satisfaction. Such unethical businesses will never prosper in the long run. I urge everyone to stay away from them and avoid being scammed.
