Great experience with exchange
I had a lovely experience exchanging my car which was smoothly done from start to finish, Dylan and Laura dealt with my exchange and were amazing professionals with contact on a regular basis so the exchange went well. I would recommend dealing with these two professionals as they are top notch at their jobs. I was very impressed with the Allen Ford online sales team in particular Dylan Chuter. Who was attentive and made the purchase so easy. He was so helpful and was always quick to reply to all my questions. I would highly recommend this service and Dylan to anyone wishing to purchase a car.
Avoid Allen Ford Swindon for servicing
Booked a service with Allen Ford in Swindon for a warranty issue, dropped off my car at 8am. Promised a call with updates later in the day. Received no such call and when I arrived at 5:30pm to pick up vehicle was told they hadn't looked at it. I did notice they had managed to move it around their car park.
Really disappointed, literally no point in taking bookings if you aren't going to honour them. Will be using a much more reliable local garage in the future, already do for other car and the prices are much more reasonable as well.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, been waiting over two weeks for a track rod inner and outer, which they apparently do not have any in the UK or Germany, but if we want to buy the complete steering rack then we could get the part that way, when asked why they couldn’t break that down was told because that’s not good customer service, but it’s fine to leave a customer for potentially 5 weeks without their car!! Absolutely shocking.

Up until when I let Alex know I had now taken a vehicle he continued to send me vehicles that he matched to my very specific requirements. Which he found no issues and welcomed doing so. Which was greatly appreciated.

We bought a 3 year old car from Allen Ford's Bletchley branch, having found the car via AA Cars. From the initial contact onward everything ran smoothly. Alex was a pleasure to deal with throughout on both the phone and email. He explained everything as needed and ensured, along with his colleague James who followed up on some of the online purchasing aspects/arrangement of delivery, that all paperwork was dealt with efficiently, making the whole online buying process and delivery of the car completely problem free. Andy, who delivered the car, was prompt and very informative about the car. Overall a professional, efficient and friendly service from all, which was so reassuring for us.

i got appointment today in Romford ford Allen@ 14:00pm but i waited until 15:00 pm , one hour and even i have to go and remind them that i am waiting for 1 hour . intially i got appointment used approved car executive but havent meet him around 15:10 they moved me to wait in other area and a personel came and he was good showing different cars but each and every time he have to go and ask his manger who is sitting inside for opinion and came bak to me to convey.even a simple question he can't able to answer and going inside to speak with his manager. manager was sitting inside speaking with someone . if you are busy means why booking appointments with customers at the same time ? the experiance was very bad. and unacceptable, i felt that i was in one of the third world countries, village.very sad to say this.

I had the most fantastic experience with Sales Advisor Nav in Allen Ford Leamington Spa. Nav is an absolute credit to this dealership. He was absolutely brilliant. He was able to give such a personal experience that was altered to me and I felt so understood by him. He was so thoughtful and just a wonderful to speak to. He drove my dream car with me in the passenger seat and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. He gave me the confidence to drive it myself which was an unforgettable experience for me. Although I didn’t buy the car today, I will absolutely be coming straight back to Nav in particular when I’m ready to buy. 10/10 service.
Fatal Service Department
Very, very bad experience with Service Department in Coventry. It's almost impossible to contact them over a phone. They held my car for two weeks and when they finally fixed it and I could pick it up it turned out that the engine cover was missing! I called them and reported the problem. They promised to call back in 15 minutes. After two days, no message from them. I called several times, no one answers, I left a message on the answering machine - also no response. Fatal service, don't recommend this place.
I would like to update that I went to the garage to report the engin cover was missing. The lady from the service department ordered a new one and I got it a week later. I must admit that the lady was very helpful and solved the problem.

From the day i have bought the car, ive had numerous problems. Window issue, valve issue, auto hold button now malfunction. If only had this car for 5 months and its been nearly into repair for 3 times!! Please avoid they are a joke.. never buy a ford again
