One third of the refund value in commission is extortionate, I was totally unimpressed.

Easy to make an initial enquiry and helped me all the way along the process.

Allay Claims I found to be very professional, I only received communication from them when it was necessary which was not very often, they just got on with the job which I found refreshing. The fees were very reasonable compared to some other companies. Having received my PPI refund there was no pressure to pay the fees, merely confirmation that payment was due. All told a very positive experience. 5 stars.

Pretty crap company heard nothing from them for 17 months. Did all the leg work myself to get the money back from Virginia and the minute I got paid bombarded with e-mails to pay them even before I got settled

PPI claim against HBOS submitted by my late husband which I had to deal with after his death. Both Allay and HBOS were dealing with the claim at the same time which was surprising considering Allay were acting on my behalf and charging a fee.
Despite sending a copy of my husband's death certificate authorising me as next of kin to handle his affairs, I was bombarded with messages and emails directed at my husband. Obviously information had not been updated. I found this to be most insensitive and distressing and not conducive to good customer relations at Allay.

Yes Allay got me money back but they hounded me by phone and email for their share even when I explained at least twice by email and on the phone that I was waiting for payment from company paying out! Not impressed by their behaviour at all

As Allay had not informed Nat West of my current address I had to contact them myself it took numerous phone calls and text messages to sort out...despite telling Allay of this they washed their hands of the problem and kept moidering for payment of their invoice it took 2 months to finally resolve from the expected date of receiving the money to now ...I should have done the claim myself !

Despite the delays due to Covid 19 Allay kept me up to date with progress and replied promptly to my questions. I have no complaints with their handling of my claim, an efficient and friendly company.

Allay managed to win two cases for me, which I was very pleased with. They weren't huge sums, but still money in my pocket. I would definitely deal with Allay again.

All I can say is thank you Allay for ur service, 2 payments I received because of Allay could not come at a better time, as this and last year as been tough time for most people, so thank you for a great service Allay 👍

I really didn't understand what PPI was and wasn't sure whether I had a claim or not but the lady who spoke to me in White Rose Centre in Leeds said I had nothing to lose and I went ahead. Santander rejected my claim initially as I had taken out PPI willingly but a later court case meant that I was paid out regarding commission so I was pleased to have gone with Allay and did get some compensation after all.

Having used this company before I expected the same service on my second claim. However I was pestered by phone and email to pay the fees when I had not actually even received the payment from Tesco Bank. I even had one message from Allay on a Sunday morning. I found out from Tesco myself that there had been a delay. I finally spoke to Allay and informed them I would pay the account immediately I received the payment from Tesco Bank and I did this on the day I had received the money. I paid in full but there was no customer care action or a discount to the bill eventhough I had done most of the work with Tesco myself. So disappointed with the service on this occasion
