Had full head highlights done by Kelsey, the expertise, care and knowledge blew me away. The staff all work amazing together with kindness and patience. They all seem to truly enjoy their profession of being hair artists. Its nice to actually find a salon I want to continue going back to. The name ALLAY, has a lovely story behind it...ask. Cheers.

they have been paid out for my claim but never paid me disgusting company avoid them at all costs, the claim was fraudulent

I have made a claim in 2019 for Miss sale of paiement protection (PPI Claim), just to try, without any real hopes, and I did receive more £3000, even though they took over £600 of commission or fees, it was still a very good deal, so hopefully they are still as good as before.

They've just sent an email to my mother who died in 2021. Don't know who or what they are, but I wouldn't trust them if they don't even know who is alive or dead. Any more and you'll be reported. Bloody imbociles.

Allay did a PPI claim for me, I filled out one of those social media form ads. Anyways, they sent me a cheque for £54.57 in 2023. It ended up in a drawer with some other paperwork as, who really does cheques these days? And being a shift worker living away from any big banks, I don't often get the time.

Anyway, I found the cheque a few days ago, went to the trouble of adding nearly an hours worth of a trip after an early shift to cash it on 24/06/2025.

Didn't bloody clear. The cheque was no good. Now, they wouldn't have sent this iffy cheque out of the goodness of their heart, they must have made a few quid on me. Yet, I get an iffy cheque in the end?!

We ordered from ally law well in advance for my son's birthday half of the order came wrong and wrong size so totally useless I've tried to make a complaint got no where so ordered again and all of it is wrong this time !

Ally you need to sort whoever sorting this out so people get what they pay for it's a joke over 100 quid on stuff that's no good nor what we ordered

I am totally frustrated with the repeated messages from ALLAY to join in with claims for finance loans which I've never had? To opt out I texted there opt out number only to find out Iwill be charged for the text sent to them at their request. This company is nothing more than scam merchant's fleecing people.

They have sent texts claiming they have helped me before. NO they haven't. 100% certain i have NEVER used them,nor anyone else!Now they're badgering me about car finance. I bought my last vehicle 2015,paid cash.
I don't know where they get our numbers,but at very least this is cold calling. Likely just using a telephone directory(illegal)
You get a 'To stop text AQLDMSTOP to 60777. They will charge you for this.

they took my money and give me nothing at all 1 month and not a penny from them . no contact number but just a stupid email service that they never respond to . How can the UK allow this from a company who is clearly stealing our money any company who dont have a contact number have something to hide BE WARNED ALL STAY RIGHT AWAY IF YOU GET A LETTER SAYING YOU ARE OWED MONEY FROM ANYTHING GETTING NOTHING AND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY IS BETTER THAN GETTING NOTHING AND THIS COMPANY KEEPS IT ALL

They are still writing to my dead father 3 and a half years after his death, despite having been informed of his death several times in the months following. This is causing my mother severe distress and is in breach of Data protection laws. Avoid at all costs unless you also want to be harassed, even beyond your death.

They will take all your money that they have won for you, it’s heart breaking, and now they are chasing me for tax claims.

After several attempts to phone Allay their email address is non existent. The phone number nobody rings and there is no office in Newcastle I already checked This is a Scam or a fraud

SCAM AVOID. I`m plagued with texts and emails from this company(!) even blocking them doesn`t work.

Couple of years ago this company handled the claim against bank and credit card api insurance Barclays wrote to me and told me they had refunded over £400 pounds but they said they have sent it to allay as they were handling the claim never received a penny off them be very wary of this company

I'm getting constant texts. As they don't have a number I am unable to block them and after many warnings from others about being charged to send a text I won't opt out.
I have never signed any forms for them to have my details, never claimed PPI for any companies to have my details.
Avoid this company as they aren't obeying UK laws.

Warning, if they contact you about PPI Overpaid tax refund, don’t apply through them as they will take 48% of your money that’s nothing to do with the PPI side, it’s based on your earnings.

Instead contact HMRC directly.

Had a PPI with Abbey National, had a message from these clowns that they would take care of it for 33%, later I got an email saying they got it wrong and there was no claim.... so I contacted Santander and yes there was a £1200 claim, so these con artists tried to get it.

Keep hassling my elderly mother via texts emails and letters.

No response to emails. Letter sent to their registered address (as on the letter they sent) has been returned as nobody at that address.

Registered company number at companies house is an interesting read, no accounts submitted for years and CH are looking to strike them off.
