From the beginning everything looked a professional company and easy process.

However some of my claims were refused by the bank because Allay didn’t get my claim in on time and Allay done nothing for a couple of claims that said I didn’t have PPI when I had sent in a copy of a statement clearly showing I did.

Allay next we’re telling me that I needed to pay them even though I didn’t get paid by the bank and if they contact the Bank then the bank would confirm.

Additionally when doing a subject access request they did not comply with ICO Regulations on how the information is sent to me and sent all my personal information to me unencrypted end would be enough information for a fraudster to copy my identity.

I have also told them in writing and telephone that I only wish to be communicated to in writing and they still call me once or twice per day which is unprofessional and harassment.

Plus despite owing me £1200 from an invoice I have made out for the time they have wasted of mine which they were advised of prior to wasting my time, then now they also owe me compensation for the data breach on the subject access request, yet they think that I should pay them just over £700 first even they owe me a larger sum of money.

A claim will also be raised for harassment.

Also I would advise anyone who has used them to double check the amount that claim on their invoice is correct to what the bank pays you (allowing for the tax deduction) to make sure this have only taken the correct payment from you and advise any friends that may of used Allay to do the same.

If the numbers don’t calculate then get in touch with Allay and ask for an explanation. You may well find Allay owe you money.

Very professional from start to final payment .I would never have received the payments without your help. A the great thing about the whole process was being able to have a one to one talk which to me makes explaining thing to someone very easy . Once more thank you so much . I am extremely grateful to Allay as my claim was settled in 2019 but I did not receive my letter from the bank involved. Allay contacted me earlier this year and I have now received my payment.

Despite the Covid 19 restrictions my claim was successfully completed in good time. Once completed I was advised of the amount due to HMRC which was deducted at source and invoiced for the fee, payable on receipt of the award. Very happy with the outcome and the service provided by Allay.

brilliant from start to finish, got me some good refunds i never knew i could have...thank you so much....i can highly recommend, they keep you well informed...again...thank you so much...

Staff have been very helpful. Not too much paper work and payouts were fairly quick

Staff were helpful and friendly. Company tried to invoice me twice at a higher percentage than I was supposed to pay. Wondered how many people just paid it with out questioning. Apart from that .. all good

I used this service as I didn't think I had a claim and I did get a couple of hundred pounds that I wouldn't have otherwise got. However the service was poor taking over 2 years with little contact. When the money turned up in my account I had no idea what it was and had to contact my bank. Paperwork did not follow for over 6 months and the first contact from Allay was 9 months after that asking for payment.

Due to covid I did alot of the work talking with build society. It was then my fault for not passing to Allay. Very disappointed also end march 2021 they stopped working for cases anymore. Big fee charge before tax taken out so only end up with half.

I am really not happy with the service I made a claim and after this a year later I had to pay this should have been done as soon as I got my claim very unhappy with this bad review

We were very happy with the service given we had no idea or inclination to sort out ourselves. We were close to deadline and I thought ‘why not’. We were pleasantly surprised with over £3000. The 24% fee is something people complain about but we just looked at it and said that we did get money we didn’t know was owed to us . They did a thorough search for us and we would not have had the evidence ourselves to do it - Overall would recommend.

Signed my details for a PPI claim a few months ago and never heard back since. Not they’re sending emails asking me to sign up again and sounded haven’t got a clue about my previous submission. Dodgy company. Avoid at all cost.

The only action they took over my PPI claim in nearly two years was to bombard me with messages saying I should sign up with another company as they were stopping handling PPI complaints. No doubt they get a commission for everyone that goes across.
Since logging my complaint in August 2019 they have not been proactive in chasing the claims and gave stock answers to my complaints.
On talking to one company directly now, I have found that they requested information from Allay to further my claim and didn't hear back from them and no request was made to me from Allay.
Shocking company to deal with, avoid.

I keep on getting text messages from this company stating to avoid FURTHER ACTION!
I shall choose to ignore as have done so for the past year or so all they had to do was to send an invoice in the post. They have failed to do so
PLAESE ACT OUT ON YOURE FURTHER ACTION AND SEND YET ANOTHER TEXT MESSAGE.
I DO NOT DEAL WITH MATTERS VIA TEXT MASSAGE SO DO PUT IT IN WRITING.

Very bad service dont even do there job dont help customers at all very disappointing will not use this service never again worst ever service

The worst company ever. Gave them the information they requested (twice), got a email thanking me for returning my documation, and then months later got a email saying that they can't carry on because I didn't details they needed. A total con company.

Had a very poor service from Allay. I disputed the interest rate owed on PPI recovered and was subjected to a barrage of texts and threatening letters. Nothing I could prove as recorded conversations were not found. Would not recommend or use again.

I had no bother with this company got my claim sorted out
