Disappointing customer service.
I ordered last night from the 260 sample sale, and accidentally used apple pay without being able to imput my promo code. I immediately emailed and tried to call to reverse the order, as well as called my bank to inform them of the error. they only have customer service from 0900 to 6pm, and my purchase was after hours. I called as soon as they opened the next day and was told nothing could be done. Unfortunately I will never be shopping with this company again.
