I love their furniture and the service was great.
I agonised for months on buying the right rattan furniture, and finally chose Alexander Francis, and I'm really glad I did.
I loved the unique styles and the choices, and the fact you can buy a variety of different coloured replacement covers.
I also like the fact that the furniture is all one piece. It looks, and feels, better than those that have to be screwed together, and the cushions are well made and comfortable.
They were very good at keeping me informed on delays and delivery dates.
The furniture was well packed on arrival.
I would definitely recommend Alexander Francis.

Excellent customer service and product
I ordered an oak shoe cabinet. The order was immediately acknowledged and an estimated delivery date given. I received a telephone call to arrange delivery, which was actually earlier than expected. The cabinet was delivered and unwrapped in my presence and placed where I specified. The quality of the cabinet is really excellent. This was my best internet purchasing experience ever and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexander Francis.

Purchased garden chairs and table. Speedy delivery. Well packaged and beautiful quality. Friends and family always comment on how lovely and comfortable they are. I have put them in my front porch. Would buy from this company again. Very pleased.
