Really impressed with this company and also with the garden furniture we ordered. I shopped around and spoke with other companies but always felt disappointed with what was on offer. This company almost seemed too good to be true in that they had the product I wanted in stock, and they could deliver it in much less than the 6 to 8 weeks quoted by others. They in fact delivered it in 3 days and went the extra mile to accommodate me by speaking to the courier to meet my requirements. Karen and Rachel - you were excellent so thank you!
Only complaint is that they failed to provide me with sunshine to enjoy said furniture!

Bought to go with the day bed I already have and is a perfect match. The style and shade has not changed. Perfect height and size and best of all no assembly. Fantastic delivery service and excellent communication. Thank you very much.

Definitely not something the delivery company has heard of, and since the AF main office closes at 5:30, not exactly ideal customer service for those wanting to find out where their delivery is.

Main delivery date came and went - no delivery or call.
Calling them the next day - they were surprised that there was no delivery. The delivery company phoned back, no reason or apology for lack of delivery. They agreed they would deliver in the afternoon, so I arranged to leave work early as I'd taken the previous day off to take delivery.

When 6pm came and went, we called the delivery company using their caller ID. They asked if they could deliver the next morning (saturday), again, no reason or apology for lack of delivery.
We said we cant do the morning as we had plans, and they hung up.

To add insult to injury, I received a mail from their marketing team asking to send a picture of "your lovely garden furniture" after 2 days of non-delivery.
This was the last straw, I left a voicemail and sent a mail saying to cancel the order and refund.

Today, the third day of non-delivery, I get yet another mail asking me to review.
So. perhaps less focus on getting online presence, more focus on your supply chain and your customers.

Great product - it fits all of my cushions in and has a smooth lid opening mechanism. I left it out in the rain without the waterproof cover on and the inside stayed dry. Only negative comment would be that it is delivered on a large wooden pallet which the delivery men don't take away. For me this will be quite inconvenient to dispose of myself.

We ordered a lounger set from Alexander Francis and got confirmation of payment etc. They called us to arrange delivery and we played phone tag for ~2 days. When I finally got through, they told me they no longer had the product as they gave it to someone else. Hugely disappointing as it is clear they just gave up on arranging delivery with us

The waterproof cover for the tuscany suite is poor quality and the single togle is not enough to secure this item. This results in it being blown off. The £95 price tag is a joke its worth all of twenty pounds at best. If my partner hadn't put it on the suite I would have returned it.
I bought the Tuscany suite two years ago this product is excellent its a shame the cover doesn't match the previous experience I had with the quality provided by this company.

After an initial disappointment of delivery of a damaged sofa set (must have been by a fork lift as it was so buckled) I contacted the company who responded the same day and followed this up with a replacement a few days later. The people I contacted were very helpful and it was great to get a personal service and such a fast response. Will definitely recommend them. Lovely sofa set too!

Got an email from Alexander Francis to say 2 items we had enquired about were now in stock. They gave me a promotional discount for waiting, great idea. We wanted to change the cushions to different colours. I spoke to Karen in customer services who looked after me with a professional helpful manner. Everything we asked of her never caused a problem. When she said she would ring us back she did, she never let us down, nothing was to much trouble. Dealing with this lady and her company was a total delight. They had time to talk to you, advise and always help.

Bought a rattan small table to go with our other outdoor rattan furniture from Alexander Francis.Delivery was very quick and the quality excellent,just right for the wife's g&t !

I didn't actually pursue my purchase as Tim kindly pointed out that perhaps the trunk I was buying might not go through the door of my 6th floor apartment. He was quite right.. Something I had overlooked. Prompt refund of oayment for which I am most grateful. Thanks.

I ordered a set of replacement covers which were in the sale. The covers were not the same quality as the original ones. This was not made clear and I feel conned

Excellent company to use for Internet goods.

I ordered some furniture on line. I received an email to say that it was no longer in stock. I was offered an alternative at a discounted price or a full refund. The alternative was not suitable for my requirements therefore I opted for the refund. This was returned immediately.
It was a great service and I am only disappointed that the furniture was no longer is stock as I am sure it would have been perfect. I will be looking out for it coming back into stock next year and replacing my order

Fast , good quality and value for money

I ordered the 7 seater silicia sofa set. The quality is fantastic and you can see the difference compared to other rattan sets. Definately worth the money.

The Garden sofa set i ordered for the garden was the cheapest i had found online. It was delivered very quickly after ordering and the staff i spoke to on the phone were incredibly pleasant and helpful.
The sofa was much larger than i expected and i was really pleased with the quality and size.
I am quite an overweight person, so strength and quality was one of my main concerns when looking for a garden sofa, i am incredibly pleased that i went with this product and would recommend it to anyone, especially those with weight issues.
The cushions are very comfy and well made. I am very happy ty!!

Very happy with our 8 piece Tuscany rattan set. High quality and looks excellent. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Customer service was good (e.g., changed plan from next day delivery and charge was immediately refunded).

Only not 5 stars as a cover for all the furniture is not supplied unlike other firms. Also, delivery was done by just one man (!), with the various boxes only delivered to kerb side; would pay extra for delivery to the garden, unpacking and removal of packaging.

The product was as described and delivery was very good and on time as promissed from phone call confirming my order. I will recommend you to my friends and colleagues if they require similar products.
