No hassle of checking around to find good deals as you do it for us...never had any issues with bookings so far so keep up the good work

Nice room, helpful staff, safe secure parking, quick transfer, even the breakfast was enjoyable. I will definitely book again next time I use Gatwick and have recommended my friends to do the same.

Stayed overnight before an early flight. Had a quiet pleasant room and a good meal that evening.

The hotel was a little hard to find as we had expected to be able to see if from Bath Road. The room was a bit dingy but perfectly comfortable, especially the bed. We had a meal in the bar in the evening which was disappointing for the price paid. Car parking and bus to terminal 5 was easy and quick.

Warm welcome from reception staff who were very helpful in arranging an early morning call and airport mini bus pickup. Very speedy service on return to airport, mini bus driver there to collect us straight away. Due to 4.30am departure didnt have time for breakfast. Would definately recommend. 2nd time I've stayed at the East Midlands Hilton

The price of this hotel, for two dinners, parking for ten days and an overnight in a twin room virtually doubled from the price we paid in 2011.

My question is: why?

I assume that you are asking about The Marriot Courtyard hotel at Gatwick ? If so we found the hotel & services to be excellent,

The Acorn Hotel near Gatwick was definitely the one I would use in future. Efficient, friendly staff, comfortable room, very good food at dinner and breakfast, and even help in taking cases to the shuttle bus.
My car was waiting for me in a convenient place when I returned.
I hcan offer no criticisms, only praise.

Sofitel at Gatwick Airport is an excellent hotel. Nice clean rooms, atmospheric public areas with lovely bars and retaurants. Above all the staff couldn't be faulted.

The hotel is a very convenient 5 minute walk to the airport. The room was good & quiet. The breakfast was ok, but we had to ask for a few things, as they had not been put out.

A breakfast should be included in the price. Excellent front desk

Good efficient service

I had expected that the overnight cost would include at least a Continental Breakfast. However this was an extra at £15.95 ! The same cost as a full English. As breakfast was not available until 5am and we had to be at the airport by 5.30am we did not have enough time to warrant spending nearly £32 for the two of us for a quick cup of tea/coffee and couple of croissants and a tub of yoghourt!

All the stress taken away night before flight, book in and relax, taxi arranged to airport and return. On time outward and precise organisation on return. Excellent

Nothing to complain about, first time used but wont be the last. Clean, tidy, ecellent service, nice meal, well worth the money.

Friendly check in, clean room, easy parking and transfers.Only criticism was the price of food in the hotel.

Great location, it was only 10 mins by hoppa bus to T3. very good front of house staff, room was comfortable, but the fact you can leave your car there for 8 days or more within the price was real VFM. I will certainly use them again

Use this company, you won't regret it, they are first class, it was great not having to wait for airport bus, it came along within ten minutes of our arrival, and they offer a car valeting service which we opted to have oh, they did a grand job, the hotel is brill, brilliant service, great atmosphere and clean. Go on go for it, I will be using them again in November!

This hotel is very well situated for Gatwick airport and offers a 24 hour shuttle service. They were very efficient both ways. Our car was stored at their sister hotel for two week and was back ready to use after our nights stay.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very welcome after 2 weeks of Greek plumbing. The shower was to die for!!!

Our room was very quiet and we had a great nights sleep on return from our holiday. The full English breakfast was excellent, as was the service.

Staying near Gatwick at the end of our holiday allowed us to have a leisurely drive home the next day and a perfect and economical end to our holiday.

It was awful to be offered smoking rooms .we feel that all rooms should be non smoking.also to find no windows in hotel or air conditioning . We won't stay there again
