The problem was an extremely tricky one…
The problem was an extremely tricky one to resolve. It required an unusually large number of technical steps - plus considerable resourcefulness and technical articulacy by Alden who had to explain step after step to me over the telephone, which he could do because he had such deep knowledge of the systems and settings and other options in my laptop and my iPad. It took a long time and yet could not have been accomplished more quickly. Highly impressive it was.
