I am so grateful that my company use…
I am so grateful that my company use Netstar, their service desk are super friendly and are always so helpful! Working from home has been a breeze as they helped our company get set up instantly, making sure we had all the tools to work efficiently.My previous company's IT desk were awful and i would do anything to avoid giving them a call and fall behind on work from doing so. Thank god now it gets resolved so quickly. We are quite a small team so if one of us goes down there is a massive impact on business.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. It's basically a scam company. IT service desk engineers don't actually have any IT knowledge and don't resolve any issues for you. Invoicing for us that should be included and that they failed to perform. Now they're trying to trap us into a contract where they don't actually deliver service. Closing tickets before they're resolved. Not following up on any of the projects. If you're considering using a IT support service, don't use Netstar.

Quick to take your money, slow to do some work
The most efficient process Netstar runs is taking their client’s money. The rest of what Netstar pretends doing is fairly disorganised and unprofessional. The front line agents taking customers calls have IT knowledge close to none so unable to assess queries correctly. Netstar back office IT engineers are so few (seems like one for the whole company) they are unable to attend IT issues.
We have been let down by Netstar several times. They don’t really do IT support.
