Terrible IT Support Performance From the Outset

From the start our experience with AirIT has been exceptionally poor. Response rates are woeful and business critical issues persist for days and weeks without resolution, causing significant disruption. Despite multiple efforts to raise concerns, nothing gets better. As an SME which relies on critical IT working reliably, we bitterly regret appointing AirIT and strongly advise companies to look elsewhere.

I've seen Air IT grow over the last few years, however there ethos on exceptional customer service and putting the customer first has been unwavering.

Air IT is an innovator and has a wealth of expertise in technology and service. They are a solid IT provider.
