First payment failed, fair enough. Tried again, payment went through, money was deducted from my bank account. Easy, right? Apparently not.
The website says they never received the payment and tells me to contact the payment provider. Payment provider says my bank record is proof the payment was made, but they cannot help further. So now the money has successfully left my account, while the order has successfully vanished into another dimension.
Contacted the seller again with the response from the payment provider. No reply. Impressive support system: everyone points at someone else, then disappears.
Still no air compressor, no refund, no useful response. Would not recommend unless you enjoy paying for customer service silence.

Willen producten niet terug nemen binnen de wettelijke termijn. Rekenen extra kosten aan. Na jaren bestellingen te plaatsen eindigt dit nu. Jammer dat de kantvriendelijk te wensen over laat.

Producten zijn na 5 weken nog steeds niet geleverd. Krijg geen contact met het bedrijf via de mail of telefoon. Opgelicht. Juridische stappen worden ondernomen.

Bestelde zaken werden snel geleverd. Na controle was het JUISTE koppelstuk die ik besteld had er niet bij. Een ander stuk was geleverd. Email heeft geen zin, word niet op gereageerd en fout word niet recht gezet. Jammer,want email voor bestelling kreeg ik direct een antwoord dat de koppeling ontworpen was voor badger 150.
Dienst na verkoop dikke zero.

Bespaar jezelf veel moeite, geld en frustratie en koop hier niet! Slechte service en nauwelijks bereikbaar.

Ik had de AG-60 pottenbakkers draaischijf gekocht. Werd snel geleverd. De schijf maakte vanaf het begin af aan veel geluid. Dat schijnt normaal te zijn want in de gebruiksaanwijzing staat hoe je de aandrijfriem strakker of losser kan maken indien de schijf veel geluid maakt.
Echter binnen 2 maanden begon de schijf een tikkend/ratelend geluid te maken. Gemaild voor advies. Kreeg i.e.i snel antwoord, of ik een filmpje wilde maken zodat ie het geluid kon analyseren. Meteen gedaan maar daarna hoorde ik niets meer. 10 dagen later maar weer gemaild. Uiteindelijk was het advies om de schijf open te maken om te kijken waar het tikken vandaan kwam. Dat heb ik geweigerd omdat ik mijn garantie niet wilde verspelen en ik gewoon een goed product wilde, niet iets wat na 2 maanden al gerepareerd moet worden. Kon de schijf terugsturen en zou een andere krijgen. Maar na het terug sturen gebeurde er weer niets terwijl het pakket volgens DPD al de volgende dag was aangekomen. Bij navraag zeiden ze eerst dat ie niet was aangekomen, daarna dat ze de volgende dag een nieuwe zouden sturen. Maar er kwam niets. Weer gemaild, geen reactie. Telefonisch zijn ze helemaal niet bereikbaar. Zo ging het overigens de hele tijd. Ik kreeg steeds pas een reactie op mijn mail als ik een week later een herinnering stuurde en de bedrijfstelefoon werd nooit opgenomen. Dit duurde al met al 8 weken. Toen ik het uiteindelijk zat was heb ik aangegeven dat ik mijn geld terug wilde en anders aangifte zou doen. Toen waren ze opeens wel vrij rap want de volgende dag had ik mijn geld terug.

De draaischijf zelf is medium van kwaliteit. Zeker een stuk goedkoper dan de bekende A merken, en handig dat het een tafel model is, maar de schijf is niet zo sterk gebouwd.
Hij maakt veel lawaai en de draaiplateau zelf ging al snel wiebelen. In de omschrijving staat dat ie 9kg aankan, maar dat is wat je erop kan zetten, niet waarmee je kan draaien. Omdat je natuurlijk kracht moet zetten om de klei in beweging te krijgen komt het er in de praktijk op neer dat je niet meer dan 2 kilo klei kan centreren.
Handig als je een beginner bent en eerst wilt uitproberen of het wat voor je is voordat je een dure schijf koopt, maar dan nog zou ik 'm niet bij dit bedrijf kopen.

Wat ging er mis of liever gezegd wat gaat er goed??
Dit bedrijf lijkt het allemaal niet zo nauw te nemen met de klantenservice en kwaliteit. Praktisch onbereikbaar en op mail wordt niet gereageerd wanneer er een probleem is.

De afgelopen tijd meerdere airbrush componenten gekocht en 80% is echt rommel te noemen. Schroefdraad wat vrijwel direct kapot is, Nozzle die niet glad of krom zijn. Ik kan een hele lijst opmaken maar daar ga ik mijn tijd niet meer in steken. Na vele malen te hebben gemaild en/of telefonisch contact te hebben gezocht, heb ik het eigenlijk opgegeven want bij dit bedrijf krijg je 0 op rekest en het lijkt ze niet heel veel te deren. De smoes van personeel tekort hoor ik dagelijks maar dat mag niet het probleem van de consument zijn.

Nee Airgoo pneumatic, compleet waardeloze service!

Besteld na 17.00 uur. AS-186 werd de volgende dag verzonden en de dag erna geleverd. DPD had het pakketje wat rondgesmeten, maar het piepschuim heeft z'n taak van het beschermen van de compressor goed gedaan.
Prima product, werkt goed en stil. Tevreden over de snelheid van verzenden en de kwaliteit van het product.

Zal hier zeker weer bestellen wanneer ik iets nodig heb.

I bought a airbrush extractor hood from Amazon for £70+, light never worked, after 4 uses the hood went bang. I complained to Amazon, who told to speak to the seller, who told me to speak to the manufacturer, after having this loop 3 times the manufacturer eventually agreed to send me parts.. !?

I'm no electrician but was told it is really simple to replace the PCB.. Waited over a month, finally got the PCB, installed it and nothing works, after another few weeks of back and forth they send me a PCB and Fan, with no instructions on how to fit them, I tried all different combinations, asked for help several times and was told to just watch the "video" which shows a completely different PCB !! Again, I am not an electrician, I get no help from this company whatsoever. Now I am being told that it is out of warranty, but they caused the delays !!!!!!!

I am absolutely fuming that they steal your money, send a subpar product and then just ignore people. I am of mind to box it all up and return it to them, but still won't get my money back if I do.

Avoid like the plague, go with a reputable company as you will just get scammed by these people.

Heb hier mijn eerste bestelling gedaan, waaronder een Fengda Airbrush volledig reinigingsset BD-778. De glazen pot die erbij hoort bleek gebroken te zijn. Heb een mail gestuurt, waarop ik binnen een uur antwoord kreeg dat ze een nieuwe set naar zouden sturen. Kreeg weer keurig een track and trace. De volgende dag stond DPD al voor mijn deur met een nieuwe set. Zeer netjes en correct opgelost door airgoo.

Gisteren een airless set besteld, precies zoals ze op hun website beschreven is het product dan ook, meteen na de bestelling een mail van ze gehad dat de bestelling 2 a 3 dagen kon duren, maar de andere dag al binnen door dpd, het bestelde product is wat ik er volgens hun mocht verwachten deed het dan ook inderdaad,ben er zeer tevreden over.

J'ai eu des doutes sur la qualité de ce site aux vues des avis, mais comme on peut payer avec PayPal j'ai essayé et je ne regrette pas.
J'ai acheté un ensemble aérographe et compresseur, très satisfait de mon achat.
Très bon rapport qualité prix et livraison assez rapide.
Je recommande ce site sans problème

AIRGOO ABSOULUTE joke and scamming set up of a company! was supposed to recieve package I paid for to airgoo there delivery through dpd to me package never arrived,they sent me false tracking no and said my package had been sent to my address and recieved i rang dpd with tracking no from airgoo and dpd said it did not match my name or address after weeks of trying to find out where it was as dpd would not give any info I opened a PayPal case and eventually won thank god I went through PayPal,he even asked me to pay his postage charge STAY WELL AWAY FOLKS READ THE OTHER REVIEWS LEFT BY OTHERS

My 2nd purchase from Airgoo-Europe, several months later. Great experience again!
I will share my story because i see some bad reviews here, honestly i don't think they deserve it, at least from my personal good experience. Not getting paid to say this, i just appreciate good business in this ocean of fake websites and scammers today. But Airgoo is legit.

So my 2nd purchase from Airgoo-Europe, both shipments arrived quickly after 1 week or less. This time it was during New Year holidays and it was still quick.
And again like last time, i had payment difficulties for my own fault, the card and online payment wasn't working, i had to go to the bank, but needed to test for covid and bring a document, wait many days, weekends, holidays etc..
Airgoo was again very patient and understanding, they actually had to cancel my order multiple times and wait for me for few weeks in total.
Then i made a different order later and i changed the list of products, but they still shipped me tomorrow as soon as i payed. So they didn't have the order ready, they created a new one quickly.
They were helpful, and even though we spoke English through e-mails, they also added a google translation in my native language just in case. I understood everything but anyway, it was a good gesture from Edward from e-mails.

I can't say anything about their service and warranty. Luckily did not need it, hopefully it stays that way.

But i like the brands they use, i had a Fengda AS196 compressor that worked for more than 3 summers, with heavy use all day-everyday, each summer for 3 months straight. Used outside in a hot, humid and dusty environment. It got overheated many times from accidentally being turned on power 2 all day for continuous use. Usually power 1 is enough for my needs, on power 1 it turns off automatically when filled. But sometimes i pressed on 2 and forgot.
It got soaked in rain, it got half-drowned in a puddle of water, it got banged and dropped etc.. Used by multiple people, not emptying the muddy water from the tank too often..
After 3 years it had a first malfunction. Still works today but hardly, not enough pressure. Maybe it can be fixed but it did it's job and i can't complain.
I bought more of them because of reliability.

Airbrush guns they sell are also pretty good for the price. I used the Fengda guns also. Of course they're not super-extra-professional and clinically precise for advanced users like Iwata or something, but they work properly and are fairly reliable, easy to use and clean, and they spray when you need them. I cleaned them with different types of alcohol which leave residue, but they still work.
At least they're better than the ones from Ebay for the same price that stop working after 1 month.

Honestly i could give 10 stars if i could, i will be buying from Airgoo-Europe again. Next time i will buy an Airgoo compressor and see how long it lasts.

Producten zijn prima. Reageren niet op je mail. Telefonisch ook niet te bereiken. Service is dus uitermate slecht.

I bought an Airgoo pottery wheel in November. It has been working fine, then 2 weeks ago it stopped working - it looks like some kind of electrical fault. I have tried to contact the company by email - both directly and via a form on their website, but I haven't had any reply.Updated 18/05/22 - the company did respond in the end and they were very helpful. The wheel is working fine now.
