SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Purchased 2 of these on 11/9/24 and installed them as directed on 11/18/24. I now know their image of Elon Musk was AI generated and stated he had developed it and it worked! As of 4/6/26, there has been no relevant change in my electricity consumption! We disassemble one of the units and the electronic componentry basically turns on the green light when you plug it in! Although they have a 60 day money back return policy and I kept the units for over a year, I got a full refund without having to return the units. I kept all the detailed paper work concerning the purchase of these devices and told them that maybe the federal government would be interested in examining these devices! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Attention
Bad purchase doesn't do what it claims to
No savings, no refund, no way I fell for this scam. Yep I did, but posting this to prevent others to not purchase.

This product is one I believe should be completely removed from the market. It’s does nothing that it purports to do. Very disappointed in it’s performance, this device has has not reduced my monthly bill one bit and Ive had it for over 18 months.
⚠️ FRAUD ALERT – Beware of eSaverWatt.com Scam! ⚠️
I’ve never heard of eSaverWatt.com, and yet somehow, they managed to charge my credit card $1, clearly testing if the card was active before trying anything larger. I’m extremely cautious with online purchases, so this came out of nowhere — and set off immediate red flags.
What’s worse? They sent an email saying “your order is on the way” with a bogus USPS tracking number that only shows a shipping label was created — no package was ever actually sent. Let me be clear: I never made a purchase from this site. Ever.
This is a classic scam tactic:
Test the card with a small charge.
Fake a shipment notification to delay your reaction.
Hope you won’t notice before they escalate the charges.
Luckily, I caught it early and reported the charge immediately. My credit card confirmed it was a fraudulent transaction, and I am not liable — but this could have easily gone unnoticed if I wasn't checking.
Our power bill was 50% more that the last year
Our power bill was 50% more that the corresponding period last year after I fitted this unit.
If it was an option I wouldn't give 1 star
I bought two units over a year ago
I bought two units over a year ago. Filed instructions as to where to put them and have seen no reduction in my power bill very disappointing I really hope it would save me a few dollars but it hasn't and now I see there advertising it all over the place and I honestly hate to see people buy something and spend the money in hopes that they might save a few dollars and then they're just spending a few dollars for something that doesn't work very disappointed why would they say that it saves money when it doesn't I've tried it in both of my homes and did not work at all in either of them I've had friends try them in their home and they haven't worked so they need to stop making such a big deal about how much it saves you cuz it Doesn't I feel kind of ripped off. Now where it says submit it will not submit this is crazy does anything work?
No operating success but immediately credited full refund.
We have had three units installed for three months and haven't enjoyed any reduction in electricity cost. However I emailed EsaverWatt support and although we were beyond the 60-day warranty period my credit card was credited with our full payment within the hour.
Whole company is a scam
Whole company is a scam! They ripped us off. We bought 3 units. Got a return authorization only after they tried multiple offers to get me to keep the product for a discounted price. Sent the units back and received a signature confirmation that they were received on December 20, 2024. They lied about trying to refund our debit card. Said it didn’t work for them so they supposedly mailed a refund check although I get different check mailing dates every time I call to follow up with their “customer service”. It is now March. The chance of a check showing up is pretty much slim to none. They owe us over $180 and I have called over 10 times in the past 3 months looking for updates to receive nothing but lies and being told to wait 30 MORE days for a check to be sent from Florida. I could walk from NJ to FL and back in 30 days. Stay away from this giant scam of a company. I have already reported them to the Attorney General in Florida. Next is a class action lawsuit.
Ordered this piece of junk
Ordered this piece of junk. Nothing. I found it to be useless. Then I returned it. Waiting forever for some acknowledgement. Finally received it back. Said the package was refused. My credit card company is resolving. I wished I had seen all the complains before I ordered this junk.
This product is a failure
i used this product for 2 months the bills were super-low, than for the next 2 months they gradually increased, I got a bill in January for over $300 not having the AC on which I find unheard of. If Elon Musk is truly involved with this product he should do something about it or having this company stop using his likeness if it's a failure.
Ripped off!!
Ripped off!!
I purchased the esaverwatt item to save electric energy.
They said there was a 60 day trial and guaranteed money back. I emailed them requesting a return because they did not save me any on my electric costs.
I was emailed back stating that they gave me a refund and gave me a RMA number to return the units. I returned them, USPS verified delivery and I still don't have a refund 3 weeks later.
esaver watt does not work
i have 2 savers and my power bill went up. my home is only 960 feet. have one in the kitchen which is behind the power box and one in the living room. why is mine not working? do you have an answer?
WAKE UP esaver watt!!!! Any Basic electrical knowledge will…
Any Basic electrical knowledge will confirm! A 120vac plug in appliance will "NOT" I repeat "WILL NOT" alter any current draw from your main breaker/METER.
You are saving nothing!!!!
False Advertising
Do NOT buy the Ultra Air Heater from this website, or any website. It is a cheap piece of junk, made in China, for about two bucks and they sell it for $49.99. Plus they make all sorts of claims about it, like that it incorporates just released NASA technology, and that Elon Musk had a hand in releasing it, none of which is true. Buyer Beware!
For those not knowledgeable of Electricity
- Their ads state, "The magnetic filter removes carbon from the electrical circuit helping to significantly reduce your exposure to harmful electromagnetic radiation (EMF/EMR) generated by your electronics, appliances, and dirty electrical system."
If you know anything about electricity, there is no "carbon" to be removed. And even if there was, how do you "empty" this carbon out of the unit? The ads also state, "No Maintenance Required".
- The ads also state, "Within 3-4 weeks (depending on the size of your home), it will begin to make efficient use of your energy while allowing you to reap the rewards of a more robust household appliance life cycle. In just a short time, you will have made your money back on your initial purchase."
- There is equipment you can purchase that WILL protect your home but these are typically installed at the power meter and they don't take weeks to start working; they start working immediately.
- They also offer a 60 day money back guarantee. Very convenient that it takes "several weeks to start working" and they only offer a 60-day guarantee.
Heater SCAM
ESaverWatt is selling an appliance called the Ultra Air Heater. It is a cheap, 3 or 4 dollar piece of Chinese junk marked up to an absurdly high price. When purchased, the company then bills for additional items without any prior notification, including "Coverage" and a remote control. The icing on the cake is that they charge $14.95 for S&H, although at checkout they trumpet all over the place that there is "FREE shipping". Fortunately, opening a dispute with PayPal resulted in a rapid refund. As usual, when navigating the Wild West that is e-commerce, the old adage applies: Buyer Beware.
I would Not suggest Buying from this Company...
This Company functions using fraudulent business practices. I ordered online, and when I received my final bill (after I paid for the product) the company had added addition product and costs to the order. I saved the original order via a screen shot. I contacted them via email and text messaging and they cancelled the order per my request...but very questionable business practice.
i ordered 2 and get one free
i ordered 2 and get one free. i was over charged for 3 and charged 19 dollars for warrenty. i got them plugged one in and it made a noise, smoked and shut off. needless to say after spending way over what was suposed to be way less one took a dump right away and now im stuck with 2 that im afraid of plugging in.
Want my money back
I've order 2 esaver watts on x 2 weeks ago got charged for the product never received anything
