Everything was clear and easy to go through.

Parts of this site are good. The site is clear and well laid out. Progression through the site is predictable. However the site falls down in a couple of areas.

1. The ability to see where Air France flies so that a customer can plan an itinerary would be great. If this was on the site, I couldn't find it.

2. The site doesn't give a month view of prices for a given route. The best you can do is choose a date and the site will then give you prices for that week. The site is also slow in showing those prices once a date has been chosen.

3. Requesting special meals is confusing especially if your itinerary has several flights.

4. The site needs a live chat feature. Getting through to the 1-800 number at the bottom of the page to speak to a live agent is impossible. After going through several steps, I was constantly informed that due to heavy call volume, the wait time to speak to an agent was over 45 minutes and the call was then dropped. I gave up after several attempts. If you have a complex booking where members of a party have different itineraries but want to fly together on specific legs of that itinerary, it is difficult to coordinate tickets online so that everyone is able to get on the same flight. Luckily, I was able to achieve this online but chatting or speaking to a live agent would have been really helpful and would have made the booking process so much quicker and easier. Had I not been able to achieve this online or speak to an agent, I would have had to cancel the whole booking.

In summary, the site is good in parts, but for a national carrier, it should be better.

It was easy to navigate the site, and all the functions, such as adding leg room and extra luggage worked well. Not only AirFrance had the best route and connections, the shortest flight, and reasonable fare with a no-fee change, AirFrance had one of the best online sites.

Air France provided an excellent and effective process for booking my flight as I desired. It proved to be relatively easy to use and provided all the necessary
instructions in a timely and meaningfully way. I definitely recommend it and will use it for my future bookings.

I made a reservation, my credit card was charged, I got my booking code, S8G6BO, and my reservation was confirmed.
The next day, I couldn't find my reservation on the Air France site. The service telephone number kept disconnecting me because of "Call Volume." Through a chat, I was informed that my reservation was cancelled, with no explanation.
I had to make a new reservation, but my fare was no longer available, and I had to pay $300 more! I couldn't get the days I wanted, either.
This is the first time this has happened to me with Air France. I expect, at the very least, an apology.
An Airline concerned with its reputation would reimburse me the difference in ticket price.

The site is well designed making the booking process friendly and easy.

I could easily navigate on their website and have a help offer at reach if I needed on the same screen. Bravo!

Terrible site. The flight I wanted couldn’t be booked. Kept getting an error when I tried multiple times to book it. The flight I ended up booking had a totally different point/cost when I actually went to book it. Customer service is unreachable.

I want to choose my seats early but could not do so. All rest is fine on line.

Impossible to get a person on the phone.

I called multiple times, waited on hold for an hour, and then the phone system said "we won't be able to help you" and hung up.

There's no text or chat option, and there's no "give us your phone number and we'll call you back" option.

They claim to offer Facebook Messenger, and messages there also go unanswered.

Very disappointing customer service from Air France.
