Great course - valuable and practical insights

Whilst I had a good understanding, I still learned lot of new tips.

Being able to coach others in the world of Agile is key to a successful business model. Success is all about the people, not just the shiny tech products!

Mel provided knowledge and passion for the subject and made it easy for us all to digest.

I training week with Melanie was brilliant. Having a week of training with two exams would normally be a strain but Melanie was extremely engaging and gave very relatable examples. I have years of experience in delivering business change but her delivery made the concepts new and brought new perspectives to the way I will be delivering in the future!

I opted for the learn at your own pace online Agile Change Agent course. I'd met Melanie, and had the opportunity to hear her speak at several seminars/conferences over the years and was always impressed. I just love her practical approach and easy to apply knowledge and tips that she bases on her real-world experiences in managing change. She's compelling and easy to engage with and is genuinely invested in helping develop people who can ease the world through constant and sometimes disruptive change. I think Melanie's amazing and her course was inspired.

I loved the opportunity to work on the self paced course as I was between contracts and had the flexible time to study during the day. Each module was narrated by Melanie and came with training material that I now have access to, Including the book, for at least the next year. Super easy video explanations of how the course works, how to sit the exam and how to study 10 out of 10.

I recently spent a week on the foundation and practitioner Change Management course with Agile Change Mangement. It was a jam-packed week, full of engaging content and activities which gave me new perspectives on existing practices.
It provided an opportunity to share experiences with like-minded individuals and our trainer, Melanie and invigilator, Marlene were kind, funny and welcoming. They made the prospect of 2 exams in one week completely relaxed and achievable!
All resources provided before and during the course were really useful and easy to follow.
I would highly recommend the course to any practicing change managers/agents, or anyone starting out/interested in change. Thank you!

This is the best course I have been on in a long time. The teacher had a wealth of experience to share with us throughout. Although I have been doing change for over 10 years I found it really useful and will be applying many of the models in the workplace going forwards

A really great course! It goes at a fast pace but, you are able to discuss topics in break out rooms as you go along which really helps to embed the learnings. Melanie is highly skilled, highly knowledgeable and she really coaches you through the course - providing you with the right guidance and encouragement. Melanie also has a wonderful way of relating concepts to the learners situation/type of organisation/role which is really amazing.

I liked how the course scenario was built. The activities were also engaging and explanatory.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course because it had a mix of independent reading to do beforehand that offered a deeper understanding of the course materials and also video lectures to work through to understand the concepts. The inclusion of examples to work through to apply the concepts was great for reinforcing what had been learnt. Particularly, I enjoyed how the activities were a mix of professional and personal life examples - especially when learning about resilience.
