I did the self paced class, and thought it was excellent. Lots of great information, and in a really good format. I was able to keep good notes, and was thrilled that I could go back and get further details when needed. I did think that the Sample exams would be much closer in content to the actual exam, but they were not. I did just fine on the exam even with that being the case, so I know that I got a lot out of it.

I had the pleasure of taking an amazing course that was expertly delivered by Melanie. Her ability to cover the material in a thorough and engaging manner was incredible.

Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by the positive support and encouragement that was provided her team. She went above and beyond to create a supportive learning environment that fostered growth and development. Her approachability and willingness to help students succeed was truly remarkable and because of that I was able to pass my course in one go.

Overall, I highly recommend Melanie's course to anyone looking to expand their knowledge and skills in change management area. Her teaching style and positive attitude are a winning combination that made for an exceptional learning experience.

Melanie was an outstanding trainer who really brought the topics covered in the course to life for me. Using her vast experience of the change management and business arena, she was able to put context around all the theories which for me helped make it stick! She has such in-depth knowledge across all areas and talked us through how to put this into practice. The course was fast paced but fun and she certainly put my learning anxiety at ease within the first hour of being there.

I attended the week-long Change Management Foundation and Practitioner training with Melanie and cannot be complementary enough for the knowledge, the energy, and the passion she consistently brought to the live sessions. The skill with which Melanie got us to think about the different models and frameworks, how she prompted us to view these through topics multiple lenses, and how she helped us connect the dots? Exceptionally brilliant and priceless!

Indeed an intense and fast-paced week of discussions, practical exercises in breakout rooms, exams and much more, but it was worth every second.
