Process was simple and straight forward. Put your info in and go from there.

I have tried so many times and nothing ever happen. So I think after this I'm just going to stop pulling out applications because I don't never get anywhere.

These people are straight crooks! The interest and the payments are just ridiculous and there's no way for you to get ahead unless you pay it in full. This is by far the worst line of credit you can get. Yet they're still owned by the same bank that does elastic line of credit. At least with that one you can get ahead. No chance in hell but to pay back triple what you borrow with this one. AF 27 sucks.

Great customer service

Fix all of the bugs with your website the website boxes malfunction throughout the process. Also be more clear about exactly how this works from the beginning with depositing into a bank account or onto a debit card and how many days it takes to get that deposit. If this thing had told me from the beginning that by entering the debit card I would receive my funds immediately versus using the bank account itself taking three to five business days then I would have made sure to enter my debit card information at the very beginning when it first asked me for it. But at the time when it asked me that question I didn't even know that I was even going to be able to get the loan or not and I did not know that it would be immediate versus taking three to five business days the other way so maybe ask for the debit card information after showing the window that says that you successfully are getting the loan before processing everything and explain in that window that the debit card is immediate and the bank option takes three to five business days before completing the loan then once they have entered their debit card information or opted out of that or whatever at that point you can push the loan on through and have it go to the desired location right away!

I was just informed the manager and supervisor do absolutely nothing but answer calls and talk on their personal cellphones all day 1st offer upper management shouldn't be answer calls but whatever you like i love stop calling me back 2 back I have nothing due

Nice people and friendly

This company just wants to keep you in debt to them.
Each payment of $800+that they get monthly is mostly going to them $87 is all they applied to the loan principal, the other $700+ went in their pockets.

Not good customer service, representatives are not properly trained to deal with the specific situation of the customer accounts. I was issued a refund and never received it, they have no clue about the status of it. Asking for a manager is something imposible to get. Totally out of place. Not a good company to have business with it.

They send me a pre-qualified freaking letter in the mail that says in big fancy letters your pre-qualified look at you and then I try to go and get you know my info on there and make sure I'm actually qualified and it shuts me out and says nope sorry you're denied then I call a couple of customer service to see if maybe I just did it wrong and they all hung up on me thank you for wasting my time and thank you for being so utterly rude I have perfect credit there's no reason I should have gotten denied that's why you sent the letter duh. Your loss not mine I'm going with Capital One thank you.
