Not all their fault
First, I don't have the best credit and advance was there if I needed, and I appreciate that, however once I decided that I needed to use the credit they offered, it was hard to navigate the site and, it never showed what my minimum payment would be until after I took the loan, and it was way too much, so now, I'm trying to get the money back to them before the day is through because they have a 450% interest rate on my loan. I expect to pay a higher interest but those payments being so high, the money would no longer be helpful, but a burden. Had I known in advance that my payment would be so high, I would have never taken out the loan. I blame myself for making a stupid decision based on a temporary need.

Help in a Rainy Day
Hello, thank you for reading my review.
I think it is important to provide a clean and safe facility for both the employee and customer. Advance Financial provided this to a level where it exceeded my expectation as did the customer service provided on this rainy day by your employee: "Nikita."
Her professional nature was accommodating to my needs. There were a few issues going on with retrieving my financial information and Nikita was more than capable to navigate them and resolve them to have a successful transaction today. I left completely understanding the terms and have confidence in them.
I am grateful for this experience provided today by Nikita and Advanded Financial.
