I have visited Michelle for Botox for around 3 years, my last two visits I have been introduced to lower face Botox (as ageing is still happening) and more recently a subtle lip lift. The whole experience of being a client of this clinic is exceptional, from the wonderful ladies front of house on the reception who are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and always understanding.
The presentation, cleanliness and location of the clinic is faultless it’s always a real treat to visit.
Not only are the staff welcoming so are all the other clients that you meet in the waiting room.
I find the treatments are exceptional value for money with all treatments priced very fairly especially for top of the range quality products being used.
I have had various treatments over the years from Michelle and the team and would highly recommend this clinic.

I’m actually appalled at the service I received at this clinic. The reception staff were quite rude and blunt and didn’t show any compassion towards me. I have been a loyal customer of this clinic for five years, and this morning I work up severely unwell and wanted to let the clinic know I couldn’t make it. The receptionist didn’t ask how I was or show any compassion to me being sick, instead just told me I won’t get my £50 deposit back and they wouldn’t be rearranging this for me. I expressed i have never cancelled before and this is something that literally couldn’t be helped and I just didn’t want to infect anyone, but again I was met with a blunt manner and told there was nothing they could do. I think I was expecting more compassion from a clinic I have been so loyal to for five years to show a little grace and understanding but I was met with the opposite. I’m really upset about this entire experience and it’s really changed my opinion in this clinic and lost all of my respect and will never get my business again because of how this was handled. There are much less expensive clinics out there that are just as qualified and professional so I would definitely do your research before booking with aesthetically you.

I can’t recommend Amy at Aesthetically You enough! I have been going to the clinic for a few years now for lip filler and recently went to Amy for a touch up. I am a very squeamish person and was nervous about going to a different practitioner but Amy was absolutely amazing and put me completely at ease. She was so kind and friendly and clearly has a lot of experience with fillers. We discussed what I was hoping to achieve at the start of the appointment and Amy made sure I was happy with what she had planned. She was quick while still being thorough and I was made up with the results. I will definitely be booking again with Amy! Thank you so much 💖

I am glad I went to aesthetically you and have Michelle as my practitioner. I was not in favour of Botox , Filler as seen so many unnaturual looks. How ever Michelle listens understands and her work is spot on to give you a natural look to improve your confidence. Believe all the great reviews the clinic deserves them .
