If I could give less than a star, I surely would. This is the worst online company I’ve ever encountered in my life and I will never deal with them again…online nor in person! There was an order for $357 and it was created on August 11, 2021. A few days later, it still says awaiting fulfillment, so I asked for cancellation. They said I would have to accept the shipment and then return it. I asked why do I have to wait when it hasn’t even been packed yet to ship… and I got everything except the right answer. I got more and more pissed off and I wasn’t giving any answers whether it was over the phone or the chat online. I ended up having to cancel my Discover card just so they won’t charge me anymore…and now waiting for a new card to come in the mail. I also am filing a dispute to retrieve what has already been taken off the card. It was a payment plan via QuadPay. Anyway, I normally read reviews, but I thought Aeropostale would be on the level and I regret not reading the reviews first bc I see the horror stories.

I am extremely disappointed on the way Aeropostale is mishandling their customers on this huge delay of shipments. I will never order from them again. We ordered several outfits for my daughter for school 3 weeks ago. I checked last week and the order said waiting to fulfill. I have been going back and forth with customer service and they all keep playing on my sympathy with the pandemic and Covid we have significant delays approximately 2 weeks behind. I am very understanding and acknowledge we are in tough times, however, if we are valued customers there should have been communication from your company that these delays existed so we could make an informed decision to wait or to cancel. I am sure many have ordered for school and due to the lack of communication messed many people up not to mention with the Pandemic many are out of jobs and these clothes are not cheap. I have asked for a refund several times and keep getting the run around...wait 24-48 hours when that timetable is up I get the same cookie-cutter response wait 24-48 hours. Now today after speaking to a rep they are now saying there is a delay on refunds...wait what???...There was no delay in taking my money!! This is very shady and I will never shop here again there are other companies that offer quality clothing that care about their customers!!

So, it seems I'm not the only one experiencing shipping delays. it's been over a week and my order is still "awaiting fulfillment." Last time I ordered from Aeropostale (a month ago), it was shipped in a timely manner. What changed?? I only ordered 2 pairs of shorts that I would have loved to have by next week for my mini vacation, but there goes that. A little notice regarding delayed shipments would have been nice.

I've ordered from them once before (approx. 1 yr. ago) and got my order within two days. Now, the issue is that I placed two orders over a week ago, and they're STILL awaiting fulfillment!?! Spent well over $300 in an attempt to have clothes for school, and they won't even come in time —despite me ordering weeks in advance. I love their clothes, but what in the world is going on??

I ordered 7 school uniform shirts for my daughter for school it’s been 10 days and still awaiting fulfillment now I have to spend money I don’t have on more shirts this is a disgrace she missed a week of school now everything is backed up when I called this lady on customer service was rude as hell and said even though I spent money on 2 day shipping it still won’t come because thats just ballpark wow never again UPDATE: my order has been finally shipped just about a hour ago

BEEN WAITING for school clothing ordered and paid for 2 weeks ago. Lies to me twice said it was shopping in 2 days. Never shipped.
Ordered to pick up in store too. Store had no clothes and no l owl edge of my order. THE WORDT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Store will be out of business in months!!

Save your time and frustration by never ordering from aeropostale, they have terrible customer service, they will hang up and close chat and lie to get you off the phone, I placed my order on 8/03 and as of today 8/17 its still awaiting fulfillment, I requested a refund and received a email stating they're unable to issue a refund because it's already in the "shipping process". What a joke! Not to mention after waiting 45 minutes to speak to a agent she flat out lied to get me off the phone, told me it was being shipped out 8/11 and I would receive tracking info via email that same day

Terrible customer service. Hard to get a human on the phone. I have been trying for two days to check on an order placed over a week ago and the chat has no one available and the phone customer service is a joke to get through on.

I placed an order on July 31st for it to be here before my kids start school before August 16th. So my first customer service encounter on August 6th said my order would arrive in 3 days. So I go on vacation with high hopes only to return to no aeropostale order. So I let a few days go by and after being on hold for 30 minutes to only talk to a representative that can't guarantee that my order is canceled in total like I requested. I while never order online from them again!

If fulfillment and shipping are delayed for a specific reason, just send out a notice of why to everyone with a current order. Times are hard right now. We get it. But customer service isn't responding and that's my biggest problem. Don't take my order and then ignore me. I hope I can get it canceled. Regardless of the outcome, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

i placed an order on july 29th and it is still waiting for fulfillment on august 13th. i tried to get in contact with them through live chat and the first time they didnt answer any of my questions. i have been trying to get to customer service but no luck. im currently waiting to be connected to an agent but its been 15 minutes. i have ordered once from them and it never took this long. the stuff i ordered was clothing for school and i start in a week. im never ordering from this company again

The worst I have ever seen mess all the kid school clothes up.

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered 3 pairs of uniforms pants and they have yet to be fulfilled. I would have never ever ordered the pants if I knew that they wouldn’t be here on time. I will never purchase from Aeropostale online again. Now I have to purchase pants from another store just bc my order hasn’t been touched. Waste of money!!!

I placed an order on August 1st and it has yet to ship. Customer service just gives you the run around and are unable to help in any way. This will be my last online purchase from Aeropostale.com

Terrible company!!!! DO NOT order in here it takes forever to ship and if you want to cancel your order because the shipping time is ridiculous they won’t allow you!! Customer service sucks as well!!!

I placed my order on August 5th and chose UPS ground shipping. I was surprised to see that my order is still "awaiting fulfillment" on August 11th. The chat is unavailable and the phone number was an endless hold. I thought I was getting a good deal on clothes... this is not cool.

I placed an order on July, 29. It has been 13 days and my order has not been processed. I called on 8/6/21 and was told there was nothing that could be done. This was after staying on hold for over an hour. Never will I ever order from this company again. They should stop accepting orders if they don’t have the employees to fulfill them.

I ordered some clothing for my daughter (SCHOOL clothing which she will soon need) on the 3rd of this month. I only received a confirmation email. I contacted customer service to see what the hold up was and they told me it was still in the process of being fulfilled. 🤔 Does it really take a full 7 day week? According to the shipping method I chose, it should have already been shipped. I will NEVER purchase from them online again! Customer service chat was also rushed, I felt.

Placed an order on July 29th, it has now been 12 days since placing my order and it still says waiting to be fulfilled! What in the actual hell! I will never order from this joke of a company again! I have even emailed them twice and have yet to get a reply. Worst experience I’ve ever had! I am not one to leave bad reviews but this ones got me upset!

ordered a week ago and haven't seen a single update or a way to cancel. I haven't even been able to get in contact with anyone at customer service, I move in 3 days and didn't expect it to take this long. very disappointing and I will never order online from them again.
