PacSun has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sent me a completely different item in the wrong size, and on top of that, I’m expected to pay for the return myself. I opened a case with PayPal, and PacSun provided a return address that doesn’t even exist. I compared it with their actual shipping address, and it doesn’t match at all.This is extremely unprofessional and honestly very suspicious.I strongly recommend not ordering from them online. It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers.

Listen up. PacSun has great products, but go to an actual store, and NEVER ORDER ONLINE. They use DHL shipping and it takes forever with NO UPDATES. I am waiting for a gift to arrive, which will not arrive in time, so now I have to get something else.
Stole money off my refund and refuse to return it
I should have checked the 1.4 already star rating before ordering but here we are. I have been away on a backpack trip and finally got home to check my bank statements and noticed they refunded me $8 less of what they should have. I contacted customer service and they keep insisting to give me a gift card which I DO NOT want as the clothes are cheap quality and that is why I returned them in the first place. I shoudn't be punished for their error, and why they refuse to give me back the money to original payment is crazy. I will never ever shop here again, they will try to short change you and refuse to fix it, even with proof of bank statements.

No tracking number, no way for me to know or understand where the second package is located. I called and they told me that even the second package is been delivered. But on the app it says it’s not, and that it was just shipped (still no tracking details available). Of course that’s not the case.
Now in order for me to get a refund I had to figure it out at the police station, and open an investigation.

don't pay for express shipping! they will charge you for it and then still send it via ground shipping. it's ridiculous how simple some people's jobs are and they still can't do it right
They do not honor refunds
I purchased an item that qualified for their extended refund timeline for the holiday season. The a store in Salt Lake refused to honor the refund even after showing what their website said. I bought the item on Nov 17 and anything from Nov 1st to Dec 25th could return until late Jan. The store said the policy did not take affect until after thanksgiving.
After contacting customer service, they confirmed the store was incorrect and offered for me to return with the QR code for free at UPS and I was able to make a return and received notification I made the return and also had a receipt.
However I was never refunded. After awhile, I filed a dispute. Because Pacsun changed the amount and date of purchase on the return QR code my dispute was denied. On top of that I found out PACSUN lied and said I never returned the item for 147 back. I do have an email chains referencing the exact order number and return code. I even have a receipt from ups and a confirmation email stating I returned thr item, but I was never refund. So now I am out that money and considering small claims.
2 months to send out an order
These people took 2 months to send out my order. Came here stained. Refused to do anything about it. They don’t let you cancel orders either so god forbid you make a mistake. This place is trash. I stupidly placed another order and I’m having the exact same issue and I’m going to be pissed if it’s stained again

2 items purchased and paid from the internet site. 1 item was announced out of stock afterward. 1 item was announced as being lost in transit 1 month after shipping. Both items were refunded but the total refund was 80% of initial price. is this a scam site?
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. It is a miracle that this store is still in business with how awful their customer service is, even at the corporate level. They've been around since I was a kid in the 90's. I recently started shopping with them again in the last year, because they carry Brandy Melville/John Galt. However, it is absolutely NOT worth it.
There is a reason their customer service hours are so limited, and close so early in the afternoon. Business must be so limited they can't afford regular hours for customer service. They could be better to their customers and maintain a customer base, but alas, they choose not to be.
Every time I have ordered from them, they either don't send what I ordered (they send something similar or something that is the same color, but not the exact specific item I ordered and paid for). OR they list items as different colors, take the photos in different light, only to send you identical items if you order one of each. OR they do not check the condition of the items before sending, and stuff often comes from store locations or wharehouses in damaged condition, and arrives in multiple packages for one order---all complicated and poor quality control. It's been problem after problem when I've ordered from them online, and you have to fight tooth and nail for help setting up a return, or to get them to cover the cost of return shipping when they send damaged or incorrect items--their legal responsibility. They want customers to pay for their mistakes and flawed orders. If you escalate to corporate, you will get a Director of Customer Service named Pablo, who will talk to you like you're a moron, and he will be argumentative and rude---at least in my experience.
He tried to make it seem like I'm the problem. No apology or acknowledgement of their failures. He implied that I've had multiple issues and my account is flagged. Mind you, they have never offered me any discounts or concessions or apologies. I've never asked them for anything for free. I've simply asked them in the past and recently, to cover the cost of their own return shipping due to their own mistakes and issues, when I have returned items to them in the same condition they send them to me in, unworn by me, and with the tags attached (that is if they've sent them to be in such a state). I have even in the past re-ordered the items they sent damaged! I've placed maybe four or five large orders over three years and hadn't in a long time, because of their repeat issues. My mistake for trying Pacsun again.
My last order had a pair of pants with no tag, a sweater that did not at all look as it was supposed to, another pair of pants with multiple animal hairs and a long dark hair stuck to it (gross, and shouldn't have been packed that way), and a shirt with stitching defects. I asked for a return to be set up at their expense (not mine) and they refused. They finally eventually sent me a shipping label that would cost me $5 to print, at a carrier located nowhere near me----$20 worth of gas away. When I escalated to corporate asked for a reasonable alternative for return shipping, Pablo, the person at coroporate in charge of customer service, was rude, argumentative, and repeatedly kept saying to me "we're talking semantics" as if I were a moron, and as if he had just learned the word "semantics" as his word of the day, without actually understanding what that word means. It's not semantics. Either you arrange a return at no cost to me (deduct from the total refund and then refund it back separately, or you don't); t's not rocket science. I shop online weekly from various retailers, and never have such aggravation with any other retailer, nor do I receive packages in such bad shape so consistently, from any other retailer.
Mistakes and defects are one thing, but bad customer service on top of that is the nail in the coffin. I'm done. Pacsun no more. There is a reason Pac sun is rated so poorly on every review forum.
They have no Customer Service
What CS? They have nothing to assist their customers. The phone number refers you to their online Chat. The online Chat has scripted answers that don't answer your questions, AT ALL. I was online with their "LIVE" agent in a Chat that took 45 minutes when I finally had enough of getting no relevant responses and disconnected. I won't be shopping PacSun going forward. I have 3 older kids who like the products but letting them know, shop at your own risk with your own money. We will let their friends know about this too. Something so simple as getting the policy for exchanges for a xmas gift due to no receipt; couldn't even respond to that.
DO Not order online from this company
DO Not order online from this company. You'll never get it in the mail. We ordered two items on December 13th. They only shipped one. On the 29th I contacted "customer support" for a refund and they told us they wouldn't issue one because they didn't ship the 2nd item until December 20th (even though it was know it was a Christmas gift) and if it didn't show up by the 29th I could request a refund again. Needles to say, it will be completely useless by that point. These guys are terrible. I will never buy another item from them again
Poor quality
I gave 2 stars because I ordered a cotton sweater and the quality was good, so I decided to order in 2 other colors. However, when I got them I noticed that something was off. One of the sweater was very short and large, it was poorly sewn. I compared with the one I ordered previously. It was not the same quality and the sizing was off, despite they were all a Small. Looked like a faulty item. Both were that way. I guess they sent me 2 faulty items, that's why they were on sale. I returned them .

I saw the reviews and I was reading about the company Pacsun. And I'm being very honest about it I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but my experience with the company was really good I actually ordered T-shirts and I was told it was going to take nearly 7 days and by the 5th day I was getting my delivery. I think before we start judging we need to really read the reviews that people put towards a business and many other reviews there are faults of the customers because let's be honest there's a bunch of people that are very much scammers in which they happen to be customers, we see a lot of reviews of many companies but we don't have reviews of the actual customers and like anything we've got tons of bad customers that oftentimes they lie about situations whenever they don't get what they want
So I can't say that I had a bad experience in fact it was a very good one this is the reason I'm putting a good review
Don't trust this company
I purchased items on 12/21 and paid extra for expedited shipping to receive by Christmas. I received two emails indicating my order would be received in 2 shipments. The first sent shipment has not yet been received. I received only half the order and no tracking is available to even know what happened to the rest of my order. I also did not receive the 15% discount which were promised with signing up and providing e-mail and cell number. I regret purchasing from Pacsun.
Pacsun.com - Delay and Poor Communication
I placed an order with PacSun on December 2 during their Cyber Monday sale. A shipping label was created shortly afterward, but the package never showed any signs of movement. For weeks, the tracking information remained unchanged.
On December 22, I contacted PacSun Customer Service through their website. I received only an automated email stating that I would receive a response within 36 hours. By December 24, when I attempted to track the package again, the Fedex tracking number no longer worked.
I then attempted to reach customer service through their online chat, which was extremely glitchy and difficult to use. After finally connecting with a representative, I was told that the package was lost. They were able to give me a refund and I requested for a promo code to compensate for the dissatisfaction.
This order was intended as a Christmas gift, and due to PacSun’s delays and lack of communication, I now have to find a replacement at the last minute. The experience has been frustrating, time‑consuming, and disappointing.

Id give these idiots less than 1 star if I could I ordered parts for my wife a week ago for Christmas and they still haven't even been shipped, stood on chat for 30 min until someone got on just to tell they may not be able to cancel my order, any company thats takes a week to ship before Christmas shouldn't be im business, terrie company.

Would give 0 star if I could! They basically make it almost impossible for you to return/cancel your orders (international orders). The quality of the clothes are subpar compared to the price.

Update: edited in appreciation for PacSun customer service because they have made efforts to correct most of the problems. We are still awaiting the last refund that they miscalculated and didn’t send so hopefully this will be n even better review by end of January (they said it would take weeks to send the final $20 refund that they mishandled). IMPORTANT; I didn’t receive assistance until I submitted a BBB complaint requesting the refund. Only then did the escalation dept reach out and begin assisting me.

I paid extra for overnight shipping and it was not honored. We continue to wait for the items that we ordered for our daughter’s birthday and they have not yet arrived despite being well past the “24 business hour” window.
Live chat is a complete joke. They have you provide sensitive information over the chat, and once you provided that they ask for additional private information. “Emil” refuse to help me unless I continued to provide additional private details, which are unsafe to provide via Internet chat. His claim was that he could not help me unless I provided all of these private details to him so that he could “authenticate” the account. Anyone with half a brain cell knows that you can easily authenticate an account by providing a few details, including phone number, and or email address.
I highly recommend steering very clear of this company. They are unwilling to help the customers and they do not deliver in a reasonable or promised timeframe.
