Quality is excellent
Quality is excellent, delivery unbelievably quick. A slight hitch in downloading the artwork (my fault) was sorted so easily and helpfully with one phone call.

ALWAYS DELIVER, ALWAYS RELIABLE
We've been using Advantage now for about six years and they're a bit like those adverts for "it does what it says on the tin". They do exactly what they say they'll do. Top notch print quality, easy process for ordering and delivered bang on time....and no I don't work for them! As a business you just like to place your order and not have hassle and they never let us down. Wouldn't use anywhere else.

A really impressive service
A really impressive service. Queries, by email before I placed my order, and by phone as I was ordering, were answered promptly and very helpfully. The turnaround time was unbelievably quick - an order placed on Friday morning was delivered on Saturday afternoon. Quality and value that will be hard to match anywhere else.

Avoid at all cost
I ordered my flyers on Thursday night with the belief i would get it Saturday it didn't come i didn't receive a email about delays because on there site it said order in 15 hours get it on Saturday the 11th of November 2017 its now Monday the 13th November 2017 i have not yet seen or heard anything about my order but on their said it was dispatched on the 10th November 2017 3 days ago on top of that they have put on my customers portal that there is a link to track my order in my email but i did not get that in the email. Because of my working hours im unable to call because of the building im working in the lack of reception and the time it takes to get to a place where im able to make a call with no problems. I have emailed them stating my issues i am awaiting an answer.
I ADVICE EVERYONE READING THIS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD NEWS AND THIS IS A FIRST HAND ACCOUNT IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM -3 STARS.

Thanks for your review. I have just investigated this I can see that we dispatched on Friday 10th November on a next day service (delivery for Saturday 11th November).
I can see from the DPD log that the customer changed this consignment to be picked up from the DPD pickup shop "Cycle Republic Birmingham". According to DPD they were unable to deliver to this address on Saturday as the shop was not open. I can also see that you've spoken to DPD yesterday (Monday 13th November) and requested a delivery to a different address. Unfortunately as this consignment had to be relabeled it meant that the earliest it could be delivered was today (Tuesday 14th November).
Unfortunately we can't be held liable for the issues with the delivery as these were beyond our control and I would like to stress that all delivery dates on our website are expected delivery dates (as per our terms and conditions) and although 99.6% of all deliveries arrive on time, there are the odd few that are delayed to due reasons that we have no control over. We would also always recommend ordering early if you need your print for a very specific date.
My college Faye has just responded to your email which you sent last night.
