they are similar to a mail shot from Iceland and morrisons which is not the image i'm going for, I did email about this when I received them but no one bothered to reply.

I have just investigated your order and can see that Jo sent you quote for a bespoke brochure on the 7th July which included a die cut pocket, with a 300gsm cover and 200gsm pages. However it appears that you chose the stitched brochures on our website instead.
The stitched brochures on our website are printed with matching covers (either 130gsm gloss or 120gsm uncoated). This is stated in the product description.
If you'd like this job reprinted with a thicker cover, please contact me directly at aaron@advantagemedia.co.uk and I'll see if we can arrange a one-off discount.

Fast Service Next Day Great Quality Flyers
I would recommend Advantage Media, Ordered 10am and my 500 A5 doubled sided flyers were delivered by 10am the next day.
Great Quality Flyers, the company did everything I expected. Also great customer service/support when I phoned up to make sure they had received the artwork OK. Would happily recommend and use the company again for future printing.

Very sorry about your faulty print job, I have just looked into this and can see that the PDF you supplied ripped incorrectly on our machine causing your logo not to be printed (this was 100% our mistake).
I understand that Jo offered to have these reprinted and redelivered the next working day on a pre-10am service, but unfortunately you needed these for 8am. As the earliest our carrier can deliver is 10am, we processed a refund straight away so you could make other arrangements.
I have just credited your account with an additional £10.00, we'd love for you to try our services again.

Brilliant company

Excellent Turnaround time
I placed a last minute order at Advantage media for flyers for an event and the team ensured that despite the communication delay with getting the design re-uploaded they delivered the flyers the next day. I was so impressed I placed another order and I now look forward to using them for all my event print needs.
Communication was superb and the quality and price were reasonable.
