I need a few bass traps.

This company was great. I ordered the mute clip furring channels 2.4. Firstly they were reasonably priced. Secondly they had the 2.4 length. Thirdly, the delivery cost was only £10, which is uncommon for a load that long. All other companies wanted £75+ just for delivery! I ordered Wednesday night and it was delivered Friday morning. Fantastic service. I will be using again when I do the dinning room in a month or two.

Had to cancel an order and they handled it perfectly.

On time delivery. Product did not perform as expected, all reviews on the product page were very positive. I requested but was not permitted to add my own product review which would have provided a more balanced view, therefore I conclude that the company is dishonest in its marketing.

It was quite a battle to receive the delivery. It was initially shipped and delivered to a different location. However, the person I spoke to from tAdvance Acoustic was very helpful, and I appreciate that support.

The second part of the delivery was left outside the main door in the rain. My neighbour, who lives on the ground floor, informed me that instead of buzzing the door, the driver left the package outside despite the weather.

I can’t comment on the quality of the materials yet, but I do wish they would consider working with different delivery companies in the future.

In December, the delivery arrived swiftly. The items were securely packaged. The product matched the description perfectly. Pricing was excellent, and the delivery fee was quite fair. Absolutely satisfied!

Par contre, mon colis a été livré par GLS. Très déçu. Je n'ai pas été prévenu à l'avance de la date de livraison. Donc j'étais au travail et pas présent à la maison lors de la livraison. Pas d'appel, pas de message pour une relivraison ou la possibilité d'être relivré dans un point relais. Au lieu de ça je reçois un e-mail en disant "colis livré dans un lieu sur". J'arrive chez moi et le colis se trouvait à l'arrière de la maison, à savoir sans barrière, par terre (le sol était mouillé par la pluie!) et visible de tous ceux qui passaient dans la rue!! Bravo GLS!! Je mets 4 étoiles car Advanced Acoustics n'y est pour rien et le matériel est top, mais le problème des livreurs devient trèèèèès gênant!!

Great service. These acoustic tiles are superb. The best I've ever used. Really nice thickness that boosts the sound quality in my studio. I also really like the fact that they are fully in shape when they arrive; you don't have to soak them in water and wait for them to dry and expand as is the way with some tiles. Great item.

Third time I have ordered. Quick and efficient delivery and tracking. Exellent product and competitively priced.

Very good product and price. I could'nt get 15mm depth resilient bars anywhere else and other companies were charging a lot more for the delivery charge.
