Fairly straight forward fitting to rafters
Easy to use website, good, informative technical sheets and from staff by phone. Next day delivery, left in safe place.

Stock issue with great customer service
There wasn’t enough stock to fulfil my online order, but the owner called me up immediately to inform me then swapped out a portion of my order for a more expensive version at no extra cost.
The customer service was excellent but it seems the stock system either had a glitch or needs some tweaking.
Despite the issue I’m happy with the outcome and would use them again.

Quality product and service
Very informative website with good detail; multiple purchasing options, including starter kits, so you can find the most cost-effective options for your needs. Great customer care - I queried some missing items but was quickly reassured that they had been dispatched separately due to their size. Can highly recommend this company. There was a problem with the delivery (drivers not doing their job thoroughly enough basically) but Lee was on it straight away and got it sorted without me having the hassle myself. First class service and great products as well!

After Ikoustic let me down badly with an order I was able to get the missing parts that were needed by contractors with next day delivery at cheaper price. Very helpful & should ordered from here initially.

What a good company to work with. Lee has outstanding customer service, I couldn’t fault him one bit. Even when the courier company messed up the delivery, Lee was straight on the phone and organised it so we could collect our items. Will definitely be buying again.
