We had heard horror stories about the home buying process and how solicitors can often be unreliable and slow with their response times. With Abbey Law we had none of this. The most notable thing with Abbey Law is their response time: we always received prompt replies - even late on a Sunday evening. We were in direct communication with our solicitor, but the support staff were also great. We didn't notice any mistakes or issues with the legal work and our sale proceeded smoothly.
