Very Poor Service and Communication
I ordered a Husqvarna lawn aerator on the 20th Feb 2018, and finally received it on 13th March 2018 (although a different make); after several phone calls and emails.
Beware their email communication doesn't work, or they just don't want to answer them. I sent five emails to their various email addresses and received no response to any!! Only telephone if you want answers.
I would not use this company again or recommend them - Sorry.

We need to apologise for the delay with getting this order sent to you Mr.Burton.
After discussing with my sales team I have found out the reason for the delay was because there was a stock issue with the original Husqvarna Towed Aerator you ordered.
Once we had discussed with you that the Husqvarna was out of stock we then offered to upgrade you to a much superior Agri-Fab one. I can see once you had agreed to the upgrade on the 6th, it was sent out by the 9th.
We do take your criticism on board and we do hope you consider us again in the future.

Hi Ian, Sorry about this...You ordered on the 28th and the parts was not dispatched till the 2nd, we struggle a bit to keep every single part in stock for these chainsaws and it took a few days to arrive. Again sorry.

Most important Abbey had the component for my obsolete hedge cutter. I confirmed the item was the correct part and it was in stock by telephone and a member of staff who was very helpful confirmed the component was in stock. TI ordered on line and the item was delivered as predicted within 24 hours of ordering.

Didn't think I would get this fuel pipe for my old 42 Husqvarna but abbey garden sales came up trumps excellent customer service part arrived very quick well pleased thank you once again. This will be my first stop for husky parts from now on. all the best A. beechey.
