I have to apologies for the extra delay with this order, I had a quick look at the pressure seal you ordered this item was a non stocking line and took 5 days to come from Husqvarna Sweden. Delivery delays and no information
Ordered an expensive chainsaw sometime ago. After querying the likely delivery date I was told that I should receive it the following week. That has come and gone. My email querying the current situation is still waiting a reply. This is the second time this has happened with them as had a similar experience on a previous order. Elsewhere next time I think

I phoned up with a query about hydraulic oil for a seemingly obscucre garden tractor. The sales team knew exactly what I was talking about, recommended the correct oil, and had it shipped to me in double quick time. The advice was good quality and very informative. Very nice to discuss a technical issue with very well informed and keen individuals. Our local service providers are tiresome and vague at best. I can recommend Abbey to anyone.

Husqvarna wheel bolts
I ordered some wheel bolts for a husqvarna lawnmower which turned out to be for a slightly different model. I returned the parts and gave full details of the model and correct part. It took many phone calls, and I received many apologies and promises of action, but nothing. Then I happened to ring and speak with the managing director and it was then sorted out. So all ok in the end but very frustrating at the time. The lawnmower is now fixed, it missed the last season but will be ready for the next!

Brilliant
Brilliant! I ordered an ex-demo Mountfield Tiller late on a Tuesday, it was picked up by the courier on Wednesday and delivered to Kent on Thursday afternoon. Securely packed with no damage, order complete and 'as new' condition. Machine started on second pull.
All this despite an indication on the website that it would take 7 days to process the order.
