I phoned to say i could not find a particular part and they sent me a link to order the item which i did and it arrived the next day what more could you ask for.

Well what do you say to this review, I can see from your order history threes been loads of orders with 100% success, I think Sorry is all that we can say, happy to offer a discount on another order if needed.

The above was a reply to a previous review of mine that was posted a couple of months afterwards. First of all there were not loads of reviews with 100% success!.. then you offered a discount on another order if needed.

I did place another order on 30/09 but did not ask for a discount as I am not one for complaining in order to cadge a discount. I simply decided to see if service had improved.
10 days later I had not heard a thing despite the website stating that delivery would be within 7 working days. I rang up and was told neither of the items were in stock nor did they have any idea when they would be. Nor could an explanation be given as to why no one had informed me of such. I asked to cancel the order and was told that it would have to be done via email...which I did and at the same time asking for confirmation of the cancellation and refund. Needless to say I heard nothing. A further 10 days later and still nothing.

Oh, and the last refund took two months to occur.

Abbey Garden sales....if you do read this, can you please confirm the order cancellation and refund my money immediately please?

Placed an order on 15th September and at time of writing (19th October) still no sign of the order. I’ve sent 3 emails and got automated replies - We are extremely busy at the moment, so replies are taking a little longer than normal. - off course never got any further replies. I’ve tried calling but never managed to get speaking to anyone. I believe my only resort now is raising the issue with a PayPal.
Disappointed.
