Worst booking policies-- i booked ticket through redbus app.i need to cancel ticket, first i spoke to red bus customer care, they said A1 travels policies don't allow to cancel ticket. then i called and spoke to A1 travels customer care ,they i said need to cancel ticket before 6 to 8 hrs of journey.
Most of the No.1 travels we can cancel tickets before 1 hour of journey.

we had a job come through our garage and called up this guys.They are very professional with there response and delt with this issue promptly.
The work was done and payments made very quickly, very please with this company and we hope we can get more work from them in the near future.

One of worst travel I have never seen.... Plz find some other travels don't waste money on A1.... Driver impoliteness and very rude even buring smell inside the bus... Don't waste....

Worst experience. The A1 bus hit my mom who came to drop me at the bus stop and A1 had no courtesy to check on us after the accident.

Can you just believe traveling whole night with bed bugs on your seat and the floor..! It was Nightmare..Bed bug travels..even the second time after a year from Bengaluru to Kerala in A1 travels..worst bus ever...pay 1K + and have an awesome journey with Best Bugs..Guys the authorities are least bothered.please don't opt their service.

Very bad behaviour from operators side. And driver make continuous ringing horn will broken sleep.

Don't choose thus bus ever it's not safe for ladies. I saw some unexpected things in bus.. The conductors was miss behaved with ladies.

Sorry they have ceased trading . We used them for the first time for our week in Malgrat de Mar in October 2017 and we found them very helpful and their prices were the best online we could find .

Stabbed in the back and left out to dry is what I would say about 1st travel. Promises and abta cover load of S...t.

Worst travel company I have ever dealt with.Initial complaint, 25 pounds "admin charge" not shown on initial quote.Final invoice and money taken did not match. 8 phone calls to try to resolve. No use, phones manned by idiots, Emails ignored. Finally discovered Debit card charge of 19 pounds. No other company does this . Now heard they have ceased trading. Not before time

This company let me down a great deal and caused me a huge amount of stress and worry. I booked with them online however five days before I was due to fly they changed my hotel accommodation. They did not phone me but simply sent me an e-mail to let me know. When I attempted to contact them I was on hold for over an hour before being told that someone would call me back. This happened three times and in the end I made a complaint. It was only at that point that someone from the agency telephoned me. They were unable to change my booking back (as they had booked me into a hotel which was already full!). They did agree to refund some money so I could pay for food at the first hotel (where all my friends were staying) however they then said they couldn't do this until after I had travelled. Again I was unable to get hold of anyone until I made another complaint and it was only at that point that I received the money. This caused me a great deal of stress and worry in the lead up to what was supposed to be a stress free holiday! I would really not recommend this company.

take your money when things go tits up (monarch) not interested in sorting it unless you pay more money for flight that i could get cheaper myself for same ones, keep promising to get in touch for refund but to date havent rang, one operator says one thing (we shouldnt have to pay for flights as it clearly states on atol certificate) another say that because monarch gone skint we are not protected basically they take your money then just fob you off steer clear from this company

A1 Travel deserves no stars. First time booking with this travel company and as a first time customer I have never been so disgusted with their service. Amy, a representative of the company who has been working with them for over 10 years was extremely rude and abrupt with no customer service skills whatsoever. Never in my life have I been spoken to that way by a consumer and been refused to speak to a manager. Their after sales team is a joke, once they have got your money god help you if anything goes wrong as they became extremely unhelpful.
I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH A1 AGAIN. STICK TO BOOKINGS.COM GUYS. At least you know if anything goes wrong they will want to help as they have a reputation to keep up unlike A1 who I hadn't even heard of before (now I know why).

Do NOT use A1 travel!!! I have tried emailing them and phoning them for over a wk but can't get a reply from them! I'm trying to cancel one person from a party of 6 due to unforseen circumstances. How the hell is anyone supposed to contact them???? Mrs S Reynolds

booked us in to a coakroach infested accomodation and did nothing to help us move. Amy at aftersales speaks over you and is extremely rude and un helpful! When you ask to speak to management they are just rude.

Would never recommend anyone to book with them!

Took our money and went bust 2 days later... absolute scum
