I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided on the Bangalore to Trivandrum route.A1 travels The service is mainly for loading and unloading flowers, and there is no respect given to passengers. The unloading of flowers takes too much time, which affects the bus timing.

This is unacceptable and I would like to request that you take immediate action to rectify this issue. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and ensure that passengers are given priority over loading and unloading of goods.

Very very worst Travels, ticket price is 1000rs but not give any small things like Pillow,bedsheet,Charging point,Bad smell inside the bus,Un-Cleaned,Not AC,Late pickup,pls don't travel this type of travels.worst experience.

For one seat / bed passenger to be pay1700 rupees, no screen for upper birth and not maintained neatness, bad smell, and rude behaviour of crews no lights for each birth, please whoever handling reviews, please make sure to complete these faults

One of the worst services. timing is very very poor . chose rating is 1 because i cant give below .i booked a ticket @ 1.15 am from aluva to Trivandrum.

Then i reached kochi through flight from mumbai.And waited nearly1+ hour in road side at night.

ICalled them nearly5 times and then they picked and said they are try call me once @ 10 clock to say bus will delay and confirmed they will reach 1.45 -1.50 sm @ my boarding point.

Since 1.50 am onwards trying to connect them.They didnot picked , after 5-6 calls they took and said . Its in chalakudy only ( means half hours back from my boarding point)

Don't choose this bus for Travelling with the luggages,because 30th sep 2022 i had Booked 7 tickets from Mayiladuthurai to coimbatore i had Around 5 to 6 luggages and bus has came at delay only after all the passengers boaring into the bus i am waiting in downside for Keeping my luggages in the Luggage tray.But Driver is not came to downside after that i go and ask the driver i need to keep the luggages in the Luggage tray so pls open i need to keep,Suddenly he told luggage tray is Full so Keep your things inside only.I argued Some more time with him but he did not Consider my request,Very Very Rude and arrogant behaviour driver Worst Experience in A1 travels don't book this Travel any more they will f..k off our Money only not about the passengers request.

Salesperson and supervisor made promises that verification department denied. When I tried to cancel, which I was told would be no problem, I was transferred to Head of Sales, who abused me, and I was threatened he would charge my card anyway.
Great company to avoid!

I got the same shpiel as the rest of the reviewers. They told me I had "points that were going to expire." I asked, "From where?" It was a strange answer. I had no recollection of what they were talking about. They started at one price and then, like another reviewer, dropped it to $349 for several trips. I kept asking them "What are the resorts?" They said, "The booking team will tell you." This is when I got really suspicious. I should have listened to my gut. I gave them my AmEx number and when I called and spoke to a rep, they couldn't even tell me the name of the hotel in New Orleans because it went through another provider. Oh, and the "several" Miami hotels? It's not even directly in Miami, it's in Sunny Isles, not Miami proper, this is 20nmiles from Miami and a total misrepresentation. There is basically an Airbnb in Hollywood that was a house with four units, also not Fort Lauderdale or Miami. Hardly the experience they were describing. I called AmEx right away and filed a dispute because this was sold under false pretenses. "If it sounds too good to be true, it is." Do NOT waste your money. I called back this morning and the "Manager", Deena, was rude and obnoxious, proof that I did the right thing. Moral of the story? Go with your gut feeling. Your first feeling is the right one. They supposedly credited my card, I will check, but they were so rude. Yes, I got cold feet, but this is definitely a SCAM. A BIG SCAM! HANG UP when they prey on you. I knew this was a mistake, then I got talked into it and then I called AmEx in less than two hours to dispute it. They lie and say whatever you want to hear to get your money. Seriously, DON'T DO IT! Really Deceptive and dishonest business practices.

Worst Travels ever. They mentioned dropping point as one place and finally took 13 kms away from dropping point and mentioned that bus wont go that way.. I had to pay extra and travel back home with two kids and luggage in rain. No proper response. Worst

Worst travel ever. I had a trip from pondicherry to Coimbatore in their bus. The staff are very unfriendly. They humiliate the passengers especially when it's a couple even if married. The booking interface is scratchy. The single berth seats are too thin to accomodate a person. I highly recommend not using this and recommend other travel agencies.

I have very worst experience. Staff behaved very badly. They forcefully changed my seat to back from front at 1.30 am. Because their booking mistake.

We used A1 travel for the first time for an airport run in September 2020. We had booked a last minute holiday and literally rang them the day before. Service was fantastic, even with a very early morning pick up. Female driver was lovely, very helpful and professional,, vehicle was clean and well presented. On our return our flight was re-routed to Birmingham and we were brought back to Manchester on a coach. A1 were outstanding when I advised of this and the driver kept in touch with us by phone and was at Manchester when we got there. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend their services.

Booked ticket for an emergency on Monday April 15th at 1 pm, called in at 3.30 pm (bus departure at 6.15 pm) to cancel or reschedule my ticket for rs. 1200/- to Thursday 18th or any other day.
No help. Customer service rep kept reading out cancellation policy. Cannot a travel agency at the least check other trips for later days? Like a robot customer service kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Then got email from travels stating "We have resolved your concern..."

Extremely disappointed.
