Item received was not the item shown on the website which is misleading to say the least.
I ordered a replacement rubber seal for my hard top canopy for my navara. Saw the exact one on the website and also on ebay which matched the one currently on my truck.Made sure I checked the seal was suitable for the age and type of my truck before ordering and thought great I will get it. What came was nothing like the one ordered and the one ordered was also on a roll and this one came pre cut.
Delivery was quick so couldn't fault on that however cost of delivery was excessive compared to other companies who have sent the same thing. Disappointed I didn't get the correct item as per their picture. Felt fobbed off with the one sent despite the one I wanted saying 5 in stock-it still said 5 in stock after I got what they sent. If they had replaced the wrong item with the roll requested would have been happy. I have returned the item as agreed,sent next day. To date not got my refund yet. REFUNDED.

Whilst searching online I came across 4x4at who when checking were the most competitive for what I required, following new delivery of my Amarok. They were able to fit me in right be Christmas and done an absolute sterling job with the installation. Quick and with a smile, any of your truck needs go to these guys!!

Achtung ich kann vor dieser Firma nur warnen. Man bekommt deffekte Ware geliefert. Versucht ständig die PayPal Meldung zu beeinflussen.
Bekommt dann einen kleinen Nachlass bei einer neuen Bestellung die dann ewig braucht zur Auslieferung.
Man zahlt Expresslieferkosten dhl die nie weiter gegeben werden.
Ich kann nur noch warnen hier etwas zu bestellen.

Don't buy a thing from this company!

This is how my towbar has arrived and they are refusing me to return it for a refund. Won't send me a replacement or a partial refund! Saying we shouldn't have accepted the parcel ! We couldn't see the damage until all shrink wrap was off. Unfair and now I need to pay to get someone to rub it down and rust treat and paint it! So upset.😭 I have pics of it soon as it had arrived and the email response was basically sorry but it's just aesthetic and still useable! Bearing in mind it's not just a scratch it's scraped whole length nearly and has massive deep gouges out of it! It looks likely to have been packaged like this! But there response. It's useable just aesthetic! Oh sorry I have a clean truck and don't want a scratched towbar that will now rust!!!! All they keep saying it it's useable!! Refusing me a refund, my right to return or an exchange... expected I should have opened the packaging with courier there and checked it all first! It's now obvious it's been packaged like this.. as the marks were under all the shrink wrap and everything.
Horrible company
Will be seeking legal action and have reported to trading standards for lack of statutory rights to return.

Had some LED rear lights units fitted at the Birmingham location. Excellent service, can fault the company from sales through to installation. Highly recommended.

Had my Alpha GSR hardtop and bedrug fitted to my Amarok by Tom and Henry at Coleshill. Excellent job done on it, really pleased.

Would definitely reccommend these guys.

Dealt with Scott, despite me being unsure of the exact handle I needed, a quick picture in an email, Scott sorted the right part for me.

Ordered items to the value of £1218.67 on 25th November 2024 with payment taken from bank.
Invoiced 26th November.
Delivery confirmed by DX for Wednesday 27th
Nothing arrives having made sure I was here to receive delivery. Email from 4x4AT to confirm delivery was sent on 27th at 04:18hrs
DX then confirm delivery for the 28th November.
Nothing arrives. (Should have gone ahead with refund at this stage)
Email sent along with phone call, with message left to be called back ASAP
Another email sent on 30th November expressing my disatisfaction with lack of delivery and returning phone calls.
Finally get a phone call with all manner of excuses and also claiming items out of stock.
(Were in stock when I ordered but seem to have vanished from your stock)
Now I will admit to loosing it over the phone but considering over £1200 had been taken from my bank it's just as well the premises is a long drive away)
Very poor customer service and lack of care / communication from this company having taken your money.
After a further missed delivery date I am making more calls and sending emails.
Please note here none of my emails ever received a proper formal responce and had to constanlty chase up to get return calls and answer.
The final failure was Items turned up without notice and there was no one here to sign for them. (4th time actual delivery)
Spoke to the driver via security intercom and he agreed to leave without signature.
main box containing wheel arch kit was damaged, one wheel arch had a deep 50mm score mark in the paint finish.
Some small items missing from box. (later sent by DPD who keep to the delivery date BTW)
Not packed with any thing to stop items moving in transit, box damaged with holes ripped in it.
Apparantly this damage is down to me as I said they could leave them as no one availble to receive.......
Has cost me a day off work for first delivery (£850) and £134.00 costs to prepare & re-finish, paint to match the damaged wheel arch.
I have all the document trail, photos & evidence & emails sent - not once a formal reply to my complaints.
AVOID THIS 1 Star Outfit and Purchase Elsewhere.

I purchased a set of mats from them, they did not get delivered, i left it a little while before reporting them not delivered and they now say that they cannot trace where the mats went, they have no proof of delivery, no geographic tag of where they were delivered, all they have is a name that signed for them which is not my name, they will not send out a new set of mats and they want me to buy a new set with a little bit of discount on them, I have already paid for a set of mats, why would it agree to pay for another set when they did not deliver the first set ? AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS

I needed a new seal installing on an Alpha type e top, Went to the 4x4 site at Coleshill where Tom and Henry completed the installation. First class service from the greetin thru to talking about the replacement process by a couple of guys who know excatly waht they are talking about.
Highly recommend.

Great experience with 4x4at. Had a few challenges that needed working out, Scott went above and beyond to ensure I ended up a happy customer. Good quality mods on Raptor. Very happy would recommend.

I have dealt with John for a number of years on several vehicles that i have owned. He's incredibly knowledgable and always bends over backwards to help!
Plus he always makes me a coffee!!!!

We ordered car parts for our vehicle and it was quite expensive they gave us a discount initially on the delivery. when called back to check when the items will arrive we were told we have to pay extra as they can't give discounts on deliveries. So I paid extra and now it's been 10 days and yet our delivery hasn't been sent. So they are saying won't be till Monday. This is not acceptable and not a good service.

Another new truck and a visit to 4x4 AT for the best kit to accompany it! The whole experience was a complete privilege, from booking in with Scott initially to the best advice throughout choosing what to fit, no pushy sales here, just the team sharing their decades of knowledge and experience. Starting with an Aeroklas Commercial Canopy, the fitting was done ahead of time and to the very highest standard by their in house fitters. Also not a problem to them to do things in stages, the next stage being wheel arches & wheels and then lights, I will genuinely be looking forward to visiting again. Having dealt with 4x4 AT for over 2 decades now, (and perhaps 10 trucks) it’s very reassuring to know you’re in good hands and dealing with the best in the business!
