Great product and ordering/delivery was quick and easy.
Simple to assemble and install.
I used glue and a few more screws than were supplied after historic experience with squeaky shelving. These ones are silent so far.
Will add that the edges are very sharp and I cut myself several times so worth knocking the corners down with a bit of 180grit.

Months later and still no response from my last review.

Requested more details like the customer services were actually moving forward with sorting the issues. Then nothing.

Should have read the reviews. Highly disappointed. Will be contacting my back to see if they can solve this due to Vanimals negligence.

The van rack system I bought is very robust, and fitted in to the back of the van very easily.
It looks smart, and was easy to install.

I purchased some adjustable racking for the rear of my ID Buzz. Delivery was prompt and the condition of the product was excellent. The racking is good quality and looks great in the van, but I found the installation instructions really frustrating, hence the 4 stars. There wasn't a video on the website that covered my specific product, and the PDF assembly document was not helpful. I worked it out in the end, but it took longer than it should have done.

Love the racking in my van. Why didn’t I do this sooner! Everything is now so easy to get to and perfectly organized!

Argumentative customer service and items received were not fit for purpose, poor manufacturing and did not fit the vehicle as described.

I have proven with photos and videos that the product they sent me is cheap, misaligned, poorly manufactured and honestly in my opinion was embarrassing to have this in my van.

Vanimal did offer 50% refund, but I declined this as this was just an insult and in any case it was going in the bin.

I’d be better off buying an IKEA PAX and using that as racking.

I’ve clearly got to his nerves, and I will continue to voice my opinion on the company until I get my money back.
This will be the most expensive £300 sale they have ever made.

I wouldn't bother to use this company again, customer service is shocking and appalling and the products they sell are not up to a good standard of quality.
I bought some black headboard racking for my vivaro bulkhead.
Every "easy fit" slot needed adjustment to build the racking properly, and they sent the a wrong piece for the top shelving part, meaning nothing lined up at all and I couldn't finish building it! Contacted vanimal about this and was basically blamed first that its my fault it wouldn't fit, and was asked to send a short video as to what the problem was, did what was asked and never heard anything back from them. Obviously washed their hands of the issue, i had to butcher the racking together to make it usable at least. Also the black on the hexaboard just chips off straight away. Poor quality. Poor service.

Delivered quickly, well made, easy to put together and very solid and looks great too

Ordered racking for the T7, it arrived well packed although a small piece was damaged for the roll holder. It didn’t affect the construction of the racking itself. The racking is very good quality and looks fantastic in the hexaboard finish. The damaged piece was promptly replaced within a couple of days so can’t fault the service of Vanimal. Will be ordering more racking and accessories very soon.

Wife bought some wind deflectors for my van. When open wasn’t the ones I wanted, ask for returns procedure! Waited ages for reply. Got the returns details, returned them. Chased and chased for credit, then told me ‘I was out of their returns time. “Whaaatt” and by one day!!. Petty, won’t use again. Poor after sales…
