Needed a barrel lock for back of truck wasn’t sure which to get, rang & spoke to Josh, he couldn’t have been more helpful & polite didn’t want to order on line as wasn’t sure I would buy the right one, he made me feel confident that the product was right, & he definitely new his job.
Said it would be here for Tuesday but it came next day.

To be 100% fair parcel was damaged on delivery spoke with Laura this lady was more than helpful sorted the problem out immediately and sent their own transport out to bring me a replacement to Exeter would like to thank Laura and I believe Jason the delivery driver thank you. I had purchased some lazerlamps through 4x4 AT 5 years ago and just as the warranty expired one of the lamp did also.
I firstly contacted lazerlamps but wasn’t getting much support.
They suggested I talk to 4x4 AT and hopefully they would give me a good discount on a replacement set.
4x4 contacted lazerlamps but get a response so they give me a bit of discount which was appreciated.
Once I had purchased them a couple of hours later I received an email from lazer lamps saying they had agreed a discount for me.
I have just received a fifty percent refund on the money I paid to them.
I have to say 4x4 AT are a terrific company to deal with and i would 100% recommend them

Have bought many items from this firm both in store and online. Have had great service for great quality items, large and small. Will use them again.

I had ordered a towbar and a plug and play electrical hook up kit to go with it for my NAVARA Np300. When installed I discovered an issue with the plug and play electrical hook up kit as it was not working as it should. I phoned 4x4at and within seconds the phone was answered and I had told them my issue. We tried to resolve the issue over the phone in great detail with the help of the onsite technicians but all resources were exhausted and a new plug and play kit was to be sent out to me as it was suspected to be an issue with the module/relay. I took it upon myself to keep checking to see if I could find the issue and long behold once I split the module housing I saw that the module/relay had popped out ever so slightly, I think during transit and when I pushed back in the issue was resolved.
Although it was a simple fix I have to give credit to Scott and fitter Thomas for the lengths they went to try and help - Thanks Guys.

I wasn’t sure what make my canopy was but the guy that answered the phone was very helpful insofar whilst on the phone he asked me to take some pics, he immediately identified the canopy and said I needed a new locking mechanism (I had been broken into) and I placed the order there and then, parcel received within a few days and locking mechanism fitted so thank you guys !

From the initial quotation and booking my vehicle in to the actual day of fitting the service received was second to none. I’ve dealt with 4x4 AT for over 20 years and they are always at the top of their game in every department, this visit was for wheels & tyres and also gas struts and everything was done to the highest standard and ahead of time.

The ProLift kit arrived promptly, well packaged and in good order. I managed to carry out the fitting with no issues on my own, but it would have been marginally easier with two. The product is well made and works like a dream compared to the previous weight in opening and closing the tailgate. Both my wife and daughter can now open and close the tailgate with consumate ease.

I recently purchased a Electric Roller Shutter for my Ford Ranger Pick Up. I really wished I had looked into it further or been provided with some more advise on the outcome of the installation.
To fit the purchased product offered the Rear Spoiler a d side rail bars had to be removed which has totally ruined the look of the vehicle and have also lost a 1/4 of the original storage in the back of the truck and to top it off we had to return it back to them to fix a water ingress problem which was a round trip of 80 mile.
Bad investment and dis-satisfied customer.

Popped down to the shop to have a look at some new wheels for my Hilux. I saw Scott who found the set up I was after and got them fitted the same day. Great company with loads of accessories for your 4x4 or van. Highly recommend seeing Scott great bloke and great service. Will be back there again soon for more bits.Thanks
