Having read the reviews first - I was a bit unsure about buying from this company, however they have some lovely pieces and with discounts for first time customers, it seemed worth taking the chance to order from them directly (as opposed to ASOS, who also stock this brand). I have now ordered three times from them AND have had to refund one item. Firstly the quality of the pieces are lovely, well fitting and wash well. Delivery times have been super fast (all free next day delivery - presumably because I have spent a certain amount). I have returned one item because it just didn't suit me and opted for credit voucher rather than a refund. The process isn't SUPER quick but they were transparent about their timelines and we are not dealing with a huge company, so I do feel people need to bear that in mind. The credit voucher was received within the time that they stated and I have already used it to make another order. I have also interacted with their customer service to check stock availability of an item and they responded super quickly! I would personally really recommend shopping with them and just being understanding that their refund process may take a little longer than some of the huge corporations!

I placed an order last week and my order was delivered to the wrong address even though the correct address was on the order I have contacted customer service multiple times about my missing parcel and no one is letting me know what’s going on. I was advised that a refund would be raised but have not heard anything back this is very frustrating and the customer service is very disappointing

Update: after several tries, I have finally get an answer from them. They have issued a refund, but its been more than 10 days and the money aren't back. Avoid, please. You will lose your time and money for nothing. Robbers!!!!
Don't order from them.
Placed an order on 4th of March. It's been more than two weeks and nothing. Tried to contact them, but no result. Scam company, avoid at any cost.

Just received my first order from the website (previously bought from a store stocking items from brand) the quality is just insane for the price, materials are high quality and wash very well, really highly recommend! Delivery was fast with regular updates and tracking link. I'd highly recommend this brand.

Really awful returns service. It took me a week to create the return as the returns portal was not working. When I eventually get to return the items, I get an email on 31st Jan saying they have received my returns and the refund will be processed within 10 days. It is now 13 days later and my refund still hasn't been processed. I have sent emails to the customer support but each time it is just an AI response asking me to wait a little longer. Totally unsatisfactory.

If you spent the money you waste on spam texts to refund your buyers, you might actually have a chance in life. Pathetic clowns!

Edit: I never subscribed, you bought a bunch of data to send unsolicited texts to random people! I never visited your website in my life and never subscribed to anything! You are breaking GDPR regulations and you are playing dumb about it. Classy…

I sent 3 items back over a month ago totally £136. I have heard nothing back and have had no refund.
I have messaged twice with no reply at all.
I have my returns receipt but cannot get my refund.

Awful experience getting a refund & wish I had read the reviews!
After numerous emails & contacting via social media - no response.
Until I advised that I would contact their MD with my refund situation- or lack of!

Great quality clothes, however, absolute nightmare trying to get returns refunded.

I think I will have to resort to raising a chargeback request with my credit card company to try and get my money back.

Seems to be a common issue with this company but I have had such a headache trying to get 2 orders refunded. I placed 2 large orders with them for xmas presents, multiple sizes since it was for presents. Returned 2 parcels back back on 31/12. Received confirmation they were received on 2/1 which was surprisingly speedy over the new year period and advised I would receive my refund in 10 days. This time passed and I had no refund. This became complicated as I paid through Klarna and payments started showing as being overdue and I was hit with multiple late fees. Klarna have been very helpful and opened a case with 4th & reckless but unfortunately this company are now advising they can't process the refund because klarna has opened a case!! Seems any excuse not to process the refund and I'm expected to pay the full £220 for goods I don't even have and will no doubt be hit with more late fees from Klarna because they requested the case with them be closed which they have taken to mean has been resolved. Wish I had read reviews before ordering as issues with refunds is a recurring theme. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I have emailed countless times about my refund. I have still not had my money back even though you have had my item back since the 19th December. Report to trading standards.

Return received by 4th and reckless and an email to confirm this mid December, and still waiting on refund.
No response when emailing them, despite several emails sent.
Honestly avoid ordering from this company at all costs.

I returned 3 items in early December and got an email stating that they had received my return and the refund would take 10 days. I hadn't heard anything nearly a month later and thought this was ridiculous! I chased their customer service and received a reply but since then was ignored.

I dmed them on Instagram and within minutes had my refund and a personal message from their team. My biggest piece of advice with this brand and others like it is to take to social media when you have an issue. It really is the most effective tool :) Big thanks to Katie who sorted this for me x

Absolutely frustrated with this company. I’ve been extremely patient awaiting my refund for x2 tracksuits that simply did not suit me. Email saying items received back on the 16th December and keep getting an automated response from an AI robot called Charlotte. Stating my case has been escalated then no response at all. It’s been well over the 10 days of the return process with no money refunded. Extremely reluctant to order from them again and it’s a shame as I’ve ordered previously and been happy with items. A loyal customer lost.

I ordered in the Black Friday sales. The delivery was meant to arrive within 3 days but it took nearly a week to arrive. The items were not suitable so I sent them back the next day via Asda to you. I received an email 3 days later that they have received my items and would process a refund within 7-10 days. The 10 days have well passed and I have not yet received a refund. I have emailed customer services and they said they will send it on but still have not heard anything. Poor customer service and really puts me off ordering from them again.

Used them once and had to return coat as was far too big. Now waiting on a refund which is taking ages. Received an email saying they’ve received my return and once its been inspected, I will receive a refund within 10 days. Why so long to wait for a refund! Next, River Island, John Lewis, M & S to name a few, have your refund in your bank within a few days. I won’t be ordering from them again solely based on the refund times!

-1 if I could I’ve been waiting since October for a refund and it’s not almost Christmas and they haven’t responded to me, they emailed me to say they received the order yet didn’t refund. Awful would never buy again

I agree with others the sizing needs looking at. I'm pretty standard in my size in most shops, but the dress was too large. I also agree that the returns process is slow. From requesting a return to funds in my account it was 13 days for 1 item. The shipping cost is deducted from your refund and I also had to pay the post office to print the returns label as it wasn't digital. I see you're just giving the "our returns policy is stated on our website" spiel to anyone who mentions it. You'll just put customers off doing this. I was going to order the size down but I won't be bothering with this much hassle.

First time ordering from the website, very impressed with the quality however think the customer care department needs training on how to respond to customer emails, returned an item 4TH102722 via tracked 48, was delivered on 28th yet I still haven't had any updates on my refund despite contacting customer care 3 times, because of this I will not use the website again!

UPDATE
Got an email from Katie at Customer Care regarding my refund and has now been sorted, although I do think the refund process could be much quicker I probably will order again due to the clothing being good quality
