Ordered a jacket off them. They allowed the purchase and took the money. But were very much aware they didn't have it in stock. However they claimed they were not....but still didn't not take the product off the website. So it was possible for other customers to still attempt to buy it and for other customers to ultimately have to chase for refunds.

Shocking service from start to finish...they didnt have an item in stock which they had processed thru as an order, wont refund my money and only did so after i wrote a bad review on amazon. They are still weeks lateer showing the item in stock. Then they contacted me to bribe me with a 25% discount on any item if I removed the review. I played along and they took firstly tried to offer me the same price on their website for the it and they eventually agreed on the 25% discount they had originally offered. Took my money and low and behold.....3 days later they said item isnt in stock it had sold out over the weekend - complete lies! Turns out the item is still showing for sale on their website and amazon

The shoes I ordered came soaking wet and the box was mush- the bag was completely dry though meaning that they sent the item to me damaged and knew about the damage- they did not help me and wanted me to pay for return shipping to spain- this is a fraudulent company

Eigentlich hat sich das Unternehmen nicht mal einen Stern verdient! Ich habe eine Whats App und eine Mail geschrieben, sowie mehrmals im 44 Boardshop angerufen, um mich wegen eines Wetsuits zu erkundigen. Keiner konnte mir eine nähere Auskunft über das Produkt geben und jedes Mal wurde mir ein Rückruf versprochen doch nie hat sich jemand gemeldet. Der Kundenservice ist eine echte Katastrophe - extem inkompetent! Offensichtlich ist es ihnen auch egal ob ihre Kunden zufrieden sind. Selbst die Mail, in der ich mich über die ausgebliebenen Rückrufe beschwert, habe wurde ignoriert - soetwas habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt! Wenn man bei diesem Shop bestellt ist der Ärger mit Sicherheit vorprogramiert! Ich rate daher dringend davon ab dort zu bestellen!

Después de leer algunas opiniones negativas, casi no compro en esta web. Pues cual ha sido mi sorpresa que estando en estado de Covid-19, me ha llegado el producto en dos dias. He comprado las Mizuno wave Rider TT mas baratas en internet. Muchas gracias.

En su web ponen que los productos lo tienen en stock pero no es cierto. Hice un pedido y han tardado más de 7 días en empezar a procesar el pedido y aún así me aseguran que al día siguiente no saldría mi pedido y que no me podían confirmar cuando lo mandarían. Dos semanas para un pedido supuestamente en stock es demasiado. Claramente mienten.

Habe am 08.03.2020 einen Bikini online bestellt. Da er nicht ankam (und bis heute, 27.04.2020 nicht angekommen ist), habe ich mich zunächst Ende März per Mail mit dem Shop in Verbindung gesetzt. Als Antwort bekam ich eine Trackingnummer, der Status war jedoch "noch nicht bearbeitet". In der zweiten Aprilwoche habe ich angerufen. Ich sollte zurückgerufen werden. Das ist nicht geschehen. Ich rief noch einmal an: Dasselbe Spiel. Nächster Versuch eine Woche später (26.04.): "Es tut uns Leid, die Kollegen melden sich." - Keine Meldung, auch nicht nach erneutem Anruf.
Heute Morgen (27.04.): Anruf. "Die Kollegen melden sich." Das geschah nicht, deshalb habe ich am Abend erneut angerufen. Die erste Mitarbeiterin gab mir eine spanische Nummer- --> Bandansage. Der nächste Kollege konnte mir ebenfalls nicht weiterhelfen. Die dritte Kollegin wollte mich "in den Shop runterstellen". Das klappte nicht. Als ich etwas ungehalten wurde, wurde verlangt ich müsse aufgrund der Situation (Corona...) doch wohl Verständnis dafür haben, dass es etwas länger dauere. Hatte ich. Aber nach zig Anrufen, Vertröstungen und eklatanter Inkompetenz ist dieses Verständnis afgebraucht. Fazit: Finger weg!!!

Casi perfecta experiencia de compra, le doy 5 estrellas porque el trato con el personal de atención al cliente fue excelente y se cumplieron los plazos que me comentaron por teléfono pero tienen algo a mejorar que ya se ha comentado aquí si no me equivoco.
No deberían de decir que un producto esta en stock cuando no es cierto, o si lo tienen en stock en otro almacén de europa pues que lo ponga y digan el tiempo aproximado de preparación del envío, porque cuando compras algo que esta en stock, esperas que el tiempo en llegar el pedido sea lo que tarde el transporte y no esperar 7-8 días de preparación en almacén. Ya digo le doy 5 estrellas porque por teléfono me lo explicaron todo muy bien y fueron muy amables, ademas de todo compre dos chaquetas de plumas patagonia de valor 550€ por 444€ con lo que muy satisfecho con ellos, recomendaría y volvería a comprar!

Very poor, you may get lucky but you take a chance when you buy something off them. I ordered a product at the end of November and never received a confirmation. I called them 3 times and each time told they would get back to me and they never did. I emailed them twice and no reply. Never had anything from them in the way of delivery information. I cancelled the order and then it got delivered in the middle of December by which time I had ordered another from a reliable company and then going through all the rigmaroll of sorting that out. Taken huge amount of my time.

I thought I was buying from a business in the UK. Item was shipped from Spain and was a Childs 12, not woman 12 as described. I not only have to pay to return to Spain but they charge 7 Euros to process a return - joke.

Absolutely no issues with the purchase of a North Face Jacket. The price was a little bit Unbelievable to be honest but it took about a week to arrive but it arrived and I had no issues at all. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

Do not trust this company - all items I have ordered were marked as on stock, and should have been delivered withing 3-5 business days, that turned into more than 2 weeks of waiting, since magically everything had to be delivered from suppliers and items were no longer on stock. Very sketchy strategy, I had to travel without the trekking shoes I have ordered.

Dont trust 44 Board Shop. They are scammers. They advertise items as in stock, then after payment they come back to say they're out of stock but suggest alternatives. Expect to be using PayPal or credit card to get a refund from them....

Very professional, great customer service, huge brand selection and always with the latest season arrivals.
Recommend undoubtedly.
