Hab ein shirt bestellt das leider zu groß war als ich es zurückschicken wollte sah ich was für ein Aufwand das ist und hab es sein gelassen. Sehr traurig.

So... Like everyone you look on reviews after you order or before? Yeees they slow. Ok. What is fast these days? From Uk stuff takes ages too.. It came from Spain and it was delivered to France. I was scared too. But seriously what works like before COVID? SO to all who not sure. I ordered and it was delivered. They not scam. Thats it! Show some respect to some small companies or lick ass to Amazon. I am happy with my product. Just saying. Thats it Thats all. I am sure they do what they can to survive this global mess. Ps. I am over 40! no bull sh... snowboard skateboard retired old man :D

SO firstly I have NEVER written a review for a product..ever. I just don't because I buy clothing from sites all over the world ALL week long..I'm a collector, and for the most part it always goes as expected so I don't bother...but this is the ONE time I am making an exception because I think its unfair that this company is being negatively portrayed on here when the reality is the exact opposite. Don't believe the negative BS! I'm sure SOME of these bad reviews are legit, because stuff happens sometimes when u are doing such high volume..it just does...but trust me, most of these reviews are FAKE. I am the most careful buyer of streetwear out there, because I have gotten burned MANY times in the past, mostly from sites from China and Japan, so before I even ordered, I came on here as I always do, and researched whether they were real or not. To be completely safe, I messaged them beforehand asking if the item I wanted was DEFINITELY in stock IN MY SIZE. I have a LOT of experience buying from all over the world online and I will tell u, the first HUGE red flag as to whether a site is legit or not, is if u get a HUMAN reply to your email..if u can't get one, its usually fake. I could not believe they had the Etnies Lo Cuts in my size that NO ONE else on the internet has. Def seemed too good to be true. It took them a couple days to reply to me, but sure enough, they did..and a VERY friendly customer service rep let me know that they in fact did actually had them. STILL skeptical I took a chance and ordered them. To be honest I was already ready to take the loss only because It has happened to me SO many times..but the customer service w them was not only good, it was SUPERB. I got DAILY emails updating me on EVERY step of the ordering process..and I mean DAILY emails, literally. I was also able to go online and easily see where it was in the ordering process. I haven't even been this notified with huge American sites like Adidas, Champion, etc. My item was QUICKLY shipped, within a few days with full DHL tracking. I got shoes from Spain to Florida, USA in just over a week! The shoes are 100% authentic (I would know trust me) and overall, my experience was OUTSTANDING. I'm not just saying this because of one good sale..it is because I can tell that they care about people and I PROMISE u that these bad reviews are competition companies that are mad that these people take all their business..and that is because they have the BEST products..shoes and tees in EVERY size that u can NOT find ANYWHERE else. So to close, I learned a lot from this because I used to trust Trustpilot a lot, and this situation made me rethink the entire process and made me realize that trolls on the internet can ruin a good thing. Order from them..I assure u it's not what this site makes it look like. Now that I know this, I am definitely going to be a repeat customer :) I'll leave another review after my next purchase to update and prove it wasn't a fluke thing. Biggest tip I can give u to avoid all the problems people list on here is, simply msg them before u buy..make sure they really have it in stock and in your size..it's that easy. Sometimes stock counts on sites can be wrong and u can't go wrong w just asking first.These people WILL reply to u and let u know..and if they say they have it, they do. I encourage more people to leave good reviews of them on here to get the rating where it rightfully should be..it is not fair that people use this site to see if they can trust someone and u can't even trust the "TRUST" site! Please let's fix this problem or the retail market is doomed. :) End rant lol

Pésima experiencia, compre un articulo el 29,8 días después los llamo por teléfono, no me constan, escribo al watssap que te facilita la web y seguimos sin respuesta, me reitero en varias llamadas al día siguiente y nada, así que reclamación en PayPal y esta web para nada recomendarla....

I bought a pair of shorts. The shorts were brand new and were delivered on time. However, they did not fit. I returned the shorts via Royal Mail and paid about £11.00 to return them recorded delivery from my own pocket as the website was sketchy about how to return products.
A few days later they said that the shorts were being held in Spanish customs and that they would not take the shorts back because they had to pay import tax? Then they said that I had used the wrong postal service and that is why they were going to be charged 35 euros by the Spanish authorities to have them returned and would pass that fee onto me. I got in touch with Klarna who I used to pay for the shorts after getting no where with the company. They finally offered a refund but then charged £11.40 to my Klarna account which was the fee to returned goods? In total I bought a pair of shorts for £44.00 and it cost me £11.00 to return them and then they charged me a fee of £11.40 to receive the goods ! I sent many emails to the company and all they did was keep on blaming me for not following the correct procedures. I have given up sending emails now and will just pay the £11.00 after the company kept on saying to me that they would not even be receiving the shorts and that they would be sent back to me. i have not received them and don't expect to. However, I will be reporting them to trading standards in the UK as in my view people who operate like this should be stopped from trading.

Ordered some oceansunglasses which are awesome and really well priced they came from Spain but that is of no concern so it took a few days not bothered at all a good company to deal with. Great staff and great service. Thank you 44 Boardshop.

Lieferzeit war recht lange. Die Sachen kommen aus Spanien! Das ist aber noch nicht mal das Problem. Das Problem ist der evtl Rückversand.
Bei mir passte die Jacke nicht, sodass ich sie leider wieder zurückschicken musste.
Kleines Paket nach Spanien kostet ca. 13 Euro! Und dann möchte der Laden auch noch 7 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr haben. Ich rechne mal zusammen: 6 € Versand + 13 € Rückversand +7 € Bearbeitungsgebühr = 26 Euro für nichts.

Geht als gar nicht.

P.S. Die Bearbeitungsgebühr zahle ich natürlich nicht, da es rechtswidrig ist. Aber da muss ich mich wahrscheinlich mit PayPal auseinandersetzen.

NN ACQUISTERÒ PIÙ... PREFERISCO PAGARE DI PIÙ PIUTTOSTO CHE ACQUISTARE DA VOI!!!! SCONSIGLIATO!

They send the item or a dummy item, and requested a return, stopepd respoonding to emails . stole £300

I recently ordered from 44BoardShop.com. I placed my order then checked reviews and started to panic... I was wrong to panic! I emailed them and looked into stopping the payment after reading this company may be a scam... I was called this morning by a very polite lady called Isabel. She put my mind at rest and also amended my order. I do understand there's a lot going on nowadays but be sure to do your own due diligence on a company. 4BoardShop ARE a legit company with a huge variation of stock at competitive prices. I wholeheartedly recommend them! I will further update this review after receiving my order as its in transit at present. Sorry I doubted you 44BoardShop.com 😊

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was so good, I felt compelled to write about it. I found 44boardshop online when searching for a Patagonia jacket. To be honest, I only purchased from these because they were the cheapest, offering this jacket in the sale. Bearing in mind the many hooror stories at this current time for shipping, with long delays at the docks and Brexit, I still placed my order on Friday evening in the hope it wouldn't be delayed by any length of time. To my surprise, Monday morning I received an email notifying me that the jacket had been picked up (from Spain) by DHL and is now in transit. The following morning, I received my jacket. From ordering this item late Friday evening, arriving from Spain to northern England in under 1 1/2 working days in this current climate is incredible service! By the way, the coat is amazing, just as advertised. VERY HAPPY!

* I will add that everything worked perfectly for me as expected, so I have had no experience with any of their staff or dealing with customer services!

Servicio de atención al cliente nefasto, de lo malo, lo peor.
En el correo de bienvenida todo muy bonito, te dan un contacto de una tal Isabel (responsable en España), te facilitan tanto email como WhatsApp de ella y te ignora por ambos lados, aún hablándole en diferentes días a diferentes horas. También he llamado varias veces al número que me facilitaron inicialmente y en ningún momento me lo han cogido.
Además, no cumplen el plazo de entrega de la web (1-5 días). En dos días, hace 2 semanas que pedí mi producto y aún no lo he recibido.
Si podéis encontrar el producto que buscáis en cualquier otra página o tienda, os lo recomiendo. Dejad a estos incompetentes como ÚLTIMA OPCIÓN.

I ordered a NorthFace coat on line the order was confirmed and paid for. I immediately received another email to say this item was no longer in stock.
Hours later another email to say item was being prepared in the warehouse.
To clarify the matter
I rang the advertised Spanish telephone number and was unable to be connected.I rang the UK number he did not want my order number as he couldn't give me any details for security reasons?
I immediately contacted Paypal who arranged a full refund.
Days later I received a phone call from Spain offering me the coat at a discounted price which I declined.

9 days so far and nothing shipped.
2 stars and it will go to 1 if not shipped this week.
At least they email back and tell me it will be shipped but not trusting them. Use PayPal so you can get your money back if needed. Fell not very trustworthy.

If I could give this company a 0 I would shocking customer service and absolutely no response despite 5 different attempts at getting info!

I will be very sincere. After ordering a jacket, I was very reticent about my purchase because I read on an online forum that this were a very bad store. However, in my experience, I only have good things to say. Once again, i want to thanks to the entire team that always responded to my emails, even when I was very rough with them. In fact "they are a scam" (as you can read on the forum, that i Will make sure to public this review) it is everything they are not. As I was told, things do not always go as we want. But I only have good things to say in my experience. As I promised you, if my jacket arrived without any problems, I would write a good review and here it is. Thanks again to the entire team for your patience and attention. Not only i do recommend this store as I am sure I will buy again here!

Schlechteste Einkaufserfahrung ever. Habe am 04.11. eine Weste bestellt weil auf der Webseite 2-3 Tage Lieferung stand. Heute am 20.11. ist noch immer nichts da und noch nicht mal eine Tracking Nummer des Versenders.
Lasst bloß die Finger von dem Shop!

I ordered a Patagonia better sweater for my son's birthday. I was a bit worried to begin with as I hadn't realized I was not ordering from a UK web site. However after contacting 44boardshop via Paypal the customer service department contacted me straight away and the service they offered was fab. My item arrived as advertised and in perfect condition, my son was very happy. I would order from this company again.

Terrible experience, they take your money and then never hear from them again. I purchased a jumper and still haven't heard a thing from them since. I've tried emailing, calling and messaging on their Whatsapp and still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
