I am tired of being misled, whether intentionally or not, by real estate photos that present a property in a way that doesn't quite match up when seen in person. It's frustrating to fall in love with a beautiful house only to find out later that the furniture shown in the pictures is not included in the sale, especially since we are looking for a furnished property. We deserve an accurate representation of the property to make an informed decision.

As a realtor, you have the power to help your clients avoid this disappointment. By prioritizing photos that showcase the property's features, you can give buyers an honest and comprehensive view of what they can expect. Choose quality over quantity and focus on photos highlighting the property's assets. Don't use misleading images to sell a dream that does not exist.

While furniture can help visualize how your own furniture will fit in the space, the most important thing is to have a clear and honest picture of the property itself. A realtor who prioritizes accurate and comprehensive photo presentations will stand out in the competitive real estate market and provide buyers with the information they need to find the home of their dreams.

To ensure buyers are correctly informed, it's important to include a statement at the beginning of the property description indicating whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. (We may differ from most clients because we want a furnished home. We are keeping our USA property, so those furnishings will remain here.) This can help prevent any confusion or disappointment later. We are looking for a property that is an ocean away, and we want a realtor who will give us the information we need to make an informed decision on the properties we want to see when we physically view them. We want to choose a realtor who puts accuracy and honesty first so we get the home we’ve always dreamed of.

I like your large coverage of the country (Spain). It would be even more interesting if you could include the different monthly or yearly expenses/ taxes ( condo fees, municipal taxes …). Some properties can do with more pictures! Only advertise the available properties if possible ;)
