I've brought from 3D Broadcast a couple of times now and both times their service was excellent and their delivery prompt, I would highly recommend especially if you live in the uk.

Asked company to email me as soon as they had stock of a part that was almost impossible to obtain. Emailed me immediately when it can in stock, posted that day, had it in my hand 12 hours later as promise. Paul was very helpful and proffessional. Would use every time!
(I did try several other companies but they seem to forget you! They need to set their benchmark on this company)

Great product, great service and communication from 3D Broadcast. First time I've used them, super fast delivery, would definitely use again and highly recommended.

Brilliant customer service on my first order last year. Naturally it was a no brainer that I would come back to 3D Broadcast again. Incredibly helpful and prompt with both communication and shipment. A really good shopping experience and I cannot recommend them enough.

Even though it was a Bank Holiday Monday, they still did a callback to answer some product questions. Order was subsequently delivered within three days. Would definitely recommend!

So, I recently placed what I would class as a fairly substantial order with 3d Broadcast, several items totally £940.80.

They all arrived in the post in a timely fashion but on opening the parcel I discovered that the battery, which is listed as being supplied with the TV Logic BB058S Battery Bracket, was not in the parcel.

Not a problem, I assumed it was either accidently missed off or would be sent in a subsequent parcel. I rang 3d Broadcast, explained the situation and was met with the rudest, most obnoxious man that I have ever had the miss fortune to come across in my many years of Internet purchasing. He proceeded to inform me that I was wrong and that in actual fact the bracket does not come with a battery.

I directed him to the 3d Broadcast web link and pointed out that it clearly states that it does come with a battery. I’ve uploaded a screen shot of the page as I imagine that by the time I have written this the offending page will have been changed. (remove the spaces to follow the link)

He then proceeded to take an incredibly condescending tone, intimating that I should know the inner intricacies of the BB 058S Battery Bracket and obviously it wouldn’t and couldn’t possibly come with a battery because of course everybody knows that…

On several occasions I directed him back to the website listing and pointed out that regardless of what he is telling me it does clearly state that it comes with the battery and that was one of the motivations for me purchasing that product from them.

By this point, said customer service personnel (and I use this term very loosely) became ruder and ruder and more obnoxious, repeatedly saying “Well what do you want, what do you want” (well what I ordered would be nice..)

By this point I felt it necessary to highlight that they have a legal obligation to honour what they advertise on their website and that they can’t just change their minds when it suits them. As you can imagine this statement was warmly met with a repetitive “It doesn’t come with a battery, it doesn’t come with a battery, it doesn’t come with a battery” There was one point I thought I had been put on hold and this was an automated answer phone message.

Needless to say it wasn’t a recording but simply 3d Broadcasts eloquent approach to customer service.

After several more minutes of proverbially banging my head against the 3d Broadcast wall he said that he would be prepared to send me the smallest and sh*test (I paraphrase) battery that he has that fits the bracket... Gee thanks, you know how to make me feel like a respected and valued customer.

On a plus note the conversation with 3d Broadcast has given me a winning idea for a business model, I may set up an apple reseller website listing the latest and most powerful apple computers but in actuality only send out a typewriter from the 1980’s because obviously everybody knows that an apple computer doesn’t come with a… well… apple computer…

I digress of course.

Needless to say that was the first and last time I will be ordering anything from 3d Broadcast however I may go back if I need any inspirational and motivational words of wisdom on customer service.

It must have been good for me not to even remember doing it.

I ordered a new pro video camera and accessories, mics etc (about £5000 in total). I ended up getting a really good deal compared to other well-known pro camera shops. One shop in particular quoted me £900 more for the same package! The gear turned up quickly and everything is working brilliantly, and it's an official Canon camera, not a cheap import. Will order again from this company, that's for sure.

Always very professional and prompt service - even for specialized products and add-ons.

I ordered the new GoPro camera as a christmas gift, It was difficult to find anywhere which had this product available. Within 10 minutes of processing my order a gentleman from 3D Broadcast called me to advise they did not have this item in stock and that they would refund my money, it was back in my account with 30 minutes. He also let me know where I could purchase the camera.

I thought the Customer Service was the best I have ever encounted, Very friendly and offered me advice of where i could buy my item in time for christmas.

Highly recommended.

First dealings with the company and based on this experience certainly be using them again. Purchased the Konova Masterpan through them their price including delivery which was next day was the best on the web. Excellent communications confirming purchase and despatch. Would high recommend.
