I ordered a YAGH unit from 3D Broadcast at an amazing price. However, the financial savings did not result in a reduced service, and when I had a problem with the unit (which was NOT their fault at all) they exchanged the unit within 12 hours for free. Everything is fast, delivery and service, and everything is done professionally and in a friendly and supportive manner. Of all the suppliers I deal with regularly I cannot recommend anyone more highly than 3D Broadcast based on my experience.

The order was simple and easy and was exactly as specified.

It would be good in the future to have an international shipping option when purchasing online.

I was looking to buy an Atomos Shogun when no one had them in stock. I found 3d broadcast through google and decided to give them a ring. Turned out they had just sold there last one, but said they would call me back later when they would have more in stock.

They ended up ringing me back the same day, saying they could get me one, next day delivery directly from atomos global supplier.

It came the next day and I ended up not having to wait at all.

Couldn't recommend them more.

Goods delivered within 24 hrs, and to put the icing on top of the cake the prices are very competitive as well.

I ordered a slider but they didn't have that size in stock, so they gave me a larger more expensive model for the same price! Delivery next day as expected!

I often overlook 3D Broadcast but they are now 100% my go to supplier for kit. The website is great, the stock level indication is perfect and the communications by Paul are polite and friendly.

I ordered some devices online and they arrived.

I purchased a number out items from 3D Broadcast mainly because when I phoned them to ask a question, they couldn't have been more helpful. Even after I'd purchased the items they where quick to call me (within minutes of ordering) to confirm the order....great service!! My only criticism was that my items came in two seperate deliveries, both for the same day. One arrived and one didnt. When i questioned it, it felt like i was being accused of lying. As it turned out it was a mistake of their distributer and they were very quick to rectify the mistake with a pre 10am delivery the next day. My only other qualm was that it was made out that the lights i ordered only required one battery each when in fact they require two, but perhaps i should have researched that more thoroughly. Still, I would order from them again.

I had a query, and so contacted them. They were really great, professional and informed, and the advice they gave was fab and without any pressure to buy. I wanted to purchase though them as a thank you, and the items were incredibly quick in getting to me.
All told, the perfect purchasing experience, and i can totally recommend them.

Great value for money and quick delivery, I ordered the data Video teleprompter 600 and it was the best price I could find on the net, I wasn't sure at first about ordering as I had never dealt with 3D Broadcast but I wouldn't hesitate in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

When ordering the G3 Sennheiser mics, you are obliged to opt for the express / next day delivery, even though the items has to come from Germany and takes three to four days. It is a little unclear as to the exact details and what you need to know, but it all becomes clear once the goods arrive. Another good quality product, (albeit budget model, but can't complain for the price) from Sennheiser.

When emailing concerning an order I received personal replies seemingly from the head guy and that was a nice touch.

Had a small problem with my order but 3D Broadcast were quick to reply and get it sorted (problem due to Google and not 3D Broadcast). Would use again and recommend to others.
