I've used 3D so many times because they go out of their way to communicate effectively and, when it's required, be as flexible as possible to ensure your experience shopping with them is as good as possible.

I recently bought a couple of items from them and emailed requesting they combine the postage as they were separate orders. They did so without hesitation. Might not seem like much but having someone on email who you can quickly and easily communicate with over small matters like that is very helpful.

The title says it all really. Great service provided.

First time using this company and the only choice of delivery was next day delivery at a premium. Not a problem as i needed this unit for Tuesday for a client. Ordered Wednesday evening with the units showing plenty in stock so expected a dispatch email on Thursday for delivery Friday.

No email on Thursday, no email Friday. Still nothing for Saturday so phoned up the office number on the website which was answered by a surprised man saying it's the weekend, I'm literally stepping in my car to go home (2pm on Saturday) please phone back on Tuesday (as it's a bank holiday weekend).

Whilst I wasn't expecting an answer on Saturday, if you're going to answer the phone it seems a bit weird to be condescending and surprised that a customer is looking for some help

So all in all, not really impressed with this company. Could be 2 guys working out of a basement for all I know.

Knowledgable, helpful, had what I wanted in stock, delivered on time, in fact ahead of the expected delivery date. Can't fault 3D, will use them again.

Unfortunately 3D could not supply my goods so arranged a refund immediately and hassle free also kept intouch througout hence the rating will use again.

Needed a particular bit of equipment, had it next day.

I purchased the Manfrotto Aviator backpack for my DJI Phantom 4. The backpack came the next day and I was informed twice of when it would arrive. The service was excellent! However, the battery pouches inside the bag are too small to fit the batteries... No fault of Broadcast however worth considering if you are purchasing this item.

Ordered a Teradek bolt pro 300 needed fairly quickly as replacement for a carnet item. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday! Best price online I could find in the UK. Also separate items sent next day early post. What's to fault?
Considering the the high value of my order I probably would have asked not to be charged £15 for a next day delivery which is the default charge on the website, ok I ordered Friday, but for £15 probably should have arrived Saturday!
Happy to give 4 stars though as pretty much did what it said on the tin!

I'd been looking for a specific product for a few days and no one had it in stock. I even contacted the manjfacturer who said it would be at least two months until more stock was in the U.K. Found 3D broadcast where the product was cheaper than competitors and they had the item in stock! I ordered and it arrived with 24 hours. Exceptional service!

I wanted to order some Dedo lighting kit. 3D Broadcast checked with the Dedo UK importer to make sure I had orded everything I would need which was very helpful. Quick responsive service.

I ordered a Black Magic Video Assist 4K from 3D broadcast Ltd for three good reasons. 1) they were the only place I could find with one in stock. 2) They threw in FOC 2 x XLR breakout cables (mini XLR to XLR). 3) They were by far the least expensive place offering the kit. Order place and package arrived the following day exactly as specified. Great service and I would happily recommend them to anyone.
