Order came within 9 days very happy with my purchase, only downside was when asking for update over postage waited 2 days to get a reply to then be told it was stated on page that it was coming from elsewhere when looking I couldn’t see anything then was told they would update there website that still hasn’t been updated. Feel communication was poor and found them pretty unhelpful for that reason I’m not sure I would use them again.
Think they need to get a better system in place so your not waiting days for a reply and then not being helped even after they reply.

I can see that you did indeed email us on the 16th, we did reply the same day but can see in your response to our reply you stated the email had gone into your spam folder which is why it was missed.
We do state clearly on the listing and confirmation email of the delay in shipping your order due to it being in an overflow warehouse.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Ordered an x box game that was meant to have a code enclosed with dcl extras. The game did not have this. I contacted 365 games and they sent me out a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement did not have the code enclosed either. Contacted 365 games again to inform them , and they said they would get in touch with their supplier. They did indeed and got me a code for the game that worked . So have a very happy son. Absolutely first class company with first class customer service

Ordered records 28th December they cancelled my order 2 days later but still have not refunded me. Said they have an issue with PayPal. Is this company about to collapse? Just beware.
My 4th reply from them on the 17th Feb - now they have no timeframe to sort out the PayPal issue! So if you buy from 365games and need a refund they won't be able to give you one at the moment or the forcible future.

Doubt they ever had it
Website advised 15 day lead time. Ordered with plenty of time for Xmas. Email received after Xmas to advise there was a delay due to warehouse issues. Several chasers later received email to advise product was not available and refund to be actioned. Doubt they ever had the product !

Very Bad experience with the microwave oven purchase
Ordered the microwave which was on sale. The next day I got an email that, unfortunately due to a technical glitch in the system, the product I purchased was sold at the incorrect price and have cancelled my order.What a laugh.Very bad experience and waste of time and headache. :(

Unfortunately, as mentioned on the email sent to you we did have technical glitch that lowered the price a substantial amount on a lot of products resulting in them being purchased quite a lot.

Oops the prices were wrong...
Same as everyone else with the records on 'sale'. No explanation, no contact from customer services just a refund which has been pending for 8 days in my PayPal account because apparently their payment to PayPal hasnt cleared... Don't go near this company they are at best completely incompetent and at worst scamming people for data and/or to have a lot of money earning some nice interest in their account.

We did have a major pricing issue on the website which resulted in multiple orders being purchased quickly - I'm afraid as a business it's just not viable for us to ship out all the orders so we have had to cancel them all.
I can see that we did send you an email on the 29th of December at 10:14 am but this has indeed failed to send, I am so sorry again for this - we will look into why your inbox didn't receive the email.
We will send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed.
Just to assure you I can confirm that we are NOT scamming people, we just unfortunately, has a technical glitch with the prices on the website.

Item priced incorrectly on website
Item priced incorrectly on website. Cancelled my order without first giving explanation, still waiting for refund 2 weeks later
Update I placed 3 orders on 29th of December. Only one has been refunded. I am still waiting on the other two despite several emails to the company. The response that i am receiving from them is as follows " I do apologize but we're having a temporary issue with the payment provider which is why there is a delay in receiving your refund". I was not immediately contacted by seller as they state in response. It was only when I contacted them that I was told why my order had been cancelled. Also, I did not receive any discount code as is stated in response. Overall an extremely frustrating experience and I am still out of pocket to the tune of 82.36 pounds despite the order being cancelled by the company nearly 3 weeks ago! A truly shocking experience

Possible scam/theft
I bought several items in the sale - they were cheap but seemed to be priced for clearance. There was a range of prices on the website so it didn't seem out of the ordinary. I paid via PayPal and, despite receiving a confirmation of my order and payment being taken, got a notice from PayPal that the payment was being refunded a few days later. I've checked and the refund still hasn't come through though it's been a week - PayPal says 365 have paid via echeque and this hasn't yet been cleared by their bank. Seems like a scam at the moment - hopefully PayPal will be able to reimburse me if so. If it's just incompetence on the part of 365 I would be grateful if they could either fulfil my original order or refund me - they have not replied to my emails so far.

Poor Experience - Be aware
I ordered 5 vinyl LPs from Games365 web site, all offered at a good price. I didn't receive a confirmation of order email so I emailed Games365. Here's the email back I received -

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I ordered an item to be delivered to a relative as a Christmas present. Ordered it on the 7th December and received a confirmation that it would be shipped in three days. As the delivery was not to my home address, I assumed this had happened. A month later, it still hasn't shipped - no notification or apology. When I contacted them, they were very unhlepful, couldn't give even an estimate as to when it may ship or any explanation of what was going on. After repeated attampts to extract any information from them, I gave up and cancelled the order. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere as I subsequently found the album £10 cheaper on an alternate site.

I can see that you've stated on the review that you purchased the item on the 7th of December, this is indeed correct.
I can see that we do clearly state on the listing at the very top before you purchase to allow up to 14 working days for the order to be shipped, we do also state on your confirmation email in bold that some items have a delay in shipment and to check the listing for this information.
The 3 working days that you have mentioned is for the shipping, which again we do state on the website and confirmation email.
Your order was therefore due to ship on the 29th for you. Unfortunately, as mentioned in our reply to your emails the warehouse was backed up slightly by 48 hours which is why it hadn't been sent on the 29th. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience this delay will have caused you.
I can see you requested that the order be cancelled and our customer service team replied within 24 hours cancelling your order as requested.

Refunded without explanation.
Ordered some vinyl records in the post-christmas sale. After several days of "awaiting fulfilment", the order got refunded with no communication. I wouldn't accuse this website of being a scam site, as it does seem I'm getting money back, but not honoring sales made doesn't make them an especially trustworthy merchant.
Some prior communication on the matter might have gone a long way here, but aside from being refunded out of the blue I've heard nothing from them. Real clown shoes hours over at 365Games.

I ordered several vinyl records ranging from £6-£12 each ordered accepted paid extra for quick delivery.3 days later received a email saying I’d been given a refund for the order no explanation given. The records are still on the website but at a much higher price.
