Bought an item off eBay on 30/04/2024, seller used this delivery company. Big mistake! Item never got delivered. Finally got tracking info from seller after eBay got involved. EBay won't refund me because 247express claim that they have attempted to deliver on a few occasions. This is a blatant lie. I checked the alleged dates and, not only was I home, but so was my husband as he had been working from home. Please note that we also have a dog who goes into a barking frenzy when anyone comes near our door, so we definitely would've known if they had tried to deliver. Also, my neighbour's CCTV covers the end of my driveway, so he has checked, and no-one had tried to deliver anything to our house. No card posted to state that delivery had been attempted... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! So no way of contacting them, apart from using their "contact us" option on their website... seriously don't waste your time! I used it twice and they didn't bother to get back in touch with me. So I can't arrange redelivery and am now out of pocket. If you buy anything online, I would recommend that you ask the seller which delivery company they use, because if it's this one, then I would look elsewhere for the same product. 247express shouldn't be allowed to operate. There's bad, then there's this!

This company has stated on their tracking info that they tried to collect an item twice and on neither occasion had they! We were open both times with the pallet ready to go, I have contacted them about this and even though they originally said they would come out once more i.e. the first time they went back on their word and did not turn up. I am left completely out of pocket for this due to this company's inability to do what they say they have done... Surely it's not that difficult.... You would think!

There seems to be a pattern. I ordered an item on 17th February and delivery was advertised between 22-26 Feb. No problem. On 28 Feb I contacted the seller to say my package hadn't arrived. They helpfully posted a tracking URL which stated that 247express had twice attempted to make a delivery. No "missed delivery" postcard or text or anything. The package had now been returned to a local depot for collection. There's no contact information on this website to identify where the local depot might be and no phone number to contact them with. I was finally able to get a phone number from the seller and used that to try and chase down my missing package. By now it's been returned to the regional delivery centre. I requested a redelivery but "we can't do that this week" and "It'll be next Monday or Tuesday". No time slot or even morning or afternoon. It's now mid March, almost one month after my original purchase. "247express", don't make me laugh! I'm not holding my breath that I'll ever see this particular item and will be most likely be pursuing a refund via seller's website policy, or my credit card. If you are unfortunate enough to ever do business with 247express.co.uk, or you find someone wanting to use them to ship something to you, do yourself a favour and don't! If you can pay extra to use an alternative courier, use them. 247express are shockingly bad and should not be in business.
[Edit] It's June 6 and I've just had an email from TrustPilot stating that 247express would like additional details to confirm that this is a genuine review. I've provided them the tracking number that I was given. My initial review was posted in March. It's only taken them 3 months to get around to this. Perhaps they need to review the definition of the word "express".

This courier company's service was highly disappointing. Despite claiming that their driver attempted delivery twice, we found no evidence of any van arriving during those times, even after thorough CCTV checks of our premises and the surrounding public road. When I contacted them to arrange for another delivery the following day, they simply dismissed the request, citing a fully booked schedule as an excuse. Despite our willingness to pay for a courtesy van, they displayed a complete lack of concern or empathy. Furthermore, my investigation into their credibility revealed discrepancies, including a fake director name on their website and no record of such an individual in the company house. This level of carelessness and dishonesty is unacceptable. Overall, dealing with this company has been a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
